Ordered cigars on Sunday. Was told they would ship on Thursday. Been calling to delivery to billing address. They said they didn't have the billing address. Huh? Will not pickup the phone. Called all day on Wednesday. If I get my money or cigars. Business will be given to other cigar companies. My fault trying to save $20. I have to make sure my boys don't ever order from this place!!!

They do not answer the phone. They do not respond to voice mails or email messages. And what a shame cause there prices are dirt cheap. Are they still open for business? Anybody have and recent success in placing an online order? I placed an order last week and they canceled my order without any explanation and ive made multiple attempts to contact without any luck

Based on the last two years... Overall my experience with CigarsCity cigars has been good; a backorder here and there but eventually received the goods. Jeff has been pleasant to speak with on the occasions to call, and always includes a nice little note with your order. Good selection and fair pricing are the upside; I have no problem recommending friends and family to CCC. I appreciate having a solid small co to deal with.

I'm happy with Cigarscity.com. They carried the ring gauge of the cigar I like that my local shop couldn't get, and they are substantially lower than other online outlets and my local tobacconist. I appreciate that when my order comes, it has a hand written note from Jeff, and when I call their company number, Jeff picks up.

When I first started at Cigarscity the customer service was great with timely shipping. However, there has been a noticeable change in that service recently and it is not going well. I read something that mentioned the owner sold to someone else close to the time I started seeing the decline. My strong suggestion to the new owners, get some customer service training quickly otherwise you will lose most of your customers. Unfortunately after this latest round of no communication and then canceling my order a week after I should have received it. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Sent me a package, decent price, until I went to USPS and got screwed with a $65 COD charge, so their policy of free shipping after spending XXX dollars is complete garbage; after the math you can literally go anywhere else and find better products and service.

When I saw the price for the cigars I was looking for so low, and never heard of Cigarcity before I was hesitant to order. I called and spoke to Jeff who told me the order would go out the next day. He was friendly so I went for it. I received them in perfect shape with a thank you card and small gift in 2 days. I will be back!

First time using Cigarcity. Placed a order on Monday, order confirmed. Web page made one think the order would arrive in three days. On day five, at 5:18 in the morning, I was informed my order was cancelled and refunded at my request. A fabricated story. I emailed them for an explanation. Did not hear back. I buy a lot of cigars and this is not the place to do it. First and last time for Cigarcity.

After Anthony sold it to the couple in Connecticut service has went downhill bad. I now choose to no longer give cigars City my business.

We live out West. Our online supplier quit shipping to our state. Found what we like at Cigarscity. Shipping was prompt. Although we ordered two boxes, only one was in stock. The one box came with a friendly note that the other box would come ASAP. And then, it was here in just a few days. No reminders or extra phone calls. Just there on the porch like magic!!! Great customer service!

I contacted CigarsCity.com about shipping to Canada and they responded back within the same day or within a day which is incredibly fast. They answered all my questions and their prices are on par or better than some of the other large online cigar websites. When I pointed out an error in shipping they corrected immediately. The hand written thank you notes with each shipment is also a great touch. They are my go to cigar website. Shipping is also fast and living in Canada thats important when it comes to cigars. Highly recommend them!

Stopped in to burn one down - grabbed a cigar & a seat. Hung out, chatted with the locals who were very nice and had an enjoyable time. Good selection of cigars too! Will go back next time I'm in the area.

I ordered a box of Perdomo 20th Champagne cigars from these guys on a Wednesday and received them Friday. Along with the box of cigars, I got a hand written thank you note. Awesome touch that I appreciated.

I found CigarsCity.com while trying to find a good present for a friend's upcoming birthday. I wasn't sure what the best option was so I called in to their office and Anthony picked up. After talking with him for a bit to explain what I was looking for, he recommended the Alec Bradley cigar sampler pack they had in stock. The price was right, so I took him up on the suggestion. Placed my order and in a few days had my order sitting on my kitchen counter ready to be wrapped up. My buddy loved the cigars in case you were wondering. Good guys at CigarsCity. I recommend them and their company.

I've just recently gotten into cigars so I was looking for a good cheap humidor to store my growing collection of stogies and found CigarsCity during a Google search for humidors. Sure enough, they had the exact humidor I wanted and it was the best price I could find online for the humidor. I placed my order on Monday and got the humidor to my door on Thursday in perfect condition. I had it "seasoning" that evening and it was good to go on Saturday. Couldn't ask for a better online shopping experience. I'm probably going to pick up one of their cigar sampler sets soon to add to my new humidor. Also, same as the other reviewer here, I didn't get an invoice in my package either but that's fine by me since I usually just trash them right away anyways however they did give me an email receipt and confirmation when I placed the order.
