Incredibly disappointing service. I completely understand that due to the current situation there is a slower delivery service on items but communication should be key over this period. We ordered a coffee table at the end of June which has still not arrived and although I have now requested a refund the supplier is refusing to accommodate as they first need to investigate with DPD.
A really disappointing experience and I would not recommend using this supplier to source items.

I ordered a chair at the end of June. I was informed I would receive an email advising when the order had been processed and another when it has been dispatched for delivery. I have heard absolutely nothing from the company and its now 4 weeks since the order was placed. I have attempted to contact them without success. No one has been in touch. Incredibly disappointed. If they can’t supply the product then tell the customer!!!!!!!!
Update; I have now finally had contact from Clanbay who have given me an ETA on the item. I do hope this arrives next week. I appreciate their effort to contact me quickly on posting this review.
Looks good, don’t have to assemble it, good quality materials.
Delivery was on time, well wrapped.

So disappointed in this company. I ordered a mirror on the 3rd June with the estimated delivery date of the 29th June. I emailed them on the 12th June and John replied stating it was being ordered in from their manufacturer and I should have it for my expected date. A week before my delivery date and still after not receiving any correspondence from them and also not seeing any progress on my order I emailed them again and was told by Seamus that they were expecting it to come in on a delivery and will be dispatched. I then received nothing. I emailed them yet again - obviously just wanting to receive the mirror they were so happy to take my money for - only to be told they were expecting it on another delivery at this point I said if it does not come in I want a refund. Seamus emailed me a few days later saying that it didn’t come in and he will send it through for a refund, but his tone in the email was callous and cold like he really did not care, there was No sincere apology for the inconvenience or any discount for a future order (not that I’d ever order from them again) just nothing. So after 6-7 weeks After ordering my mirror I’ve got nothing. Yet for the mirror I ordered on their website it says dispatched in 10-12 days which is an absolute lie because how can you say that yet I still haven’t received my mirror in 6 Weeks? My recommendation would be to anyone look elsewhere! It’s such a pity because their products are truly fab but they are not worth the headache in dealing with.
My Advice to Clanbay:
1) Work on your Customer Service
2)Don’t make promises you can’t fulfil ie: 10-12 days.
3) Don’t keep fobbing your customers off be up front and honest. I could have ordered from somewhere else and have my mirror by now and this one star review may never have happened.

I don't like to leave a negative review as I was so excited about the mirror I had ordered and I appreciate these are tricky times. Unfortunately we never received it (after waiting 3 weeks) and the order was cancelled without my knowledge. I had tried contacting the company via ticket (no phone number) and had no response. I would like to order the mirror again in the hope that we would receive it this time, but I am a little nervous. Its a shame as the products on the site are lovely.

This is my honest review of my experience. I had previously ordered some items which after the extra time allowing for COVID measures had never been dispatched. I was quickly refunded. I thought to give them the benefit of the doubt and try ordering again, I found my items had then been labelled as 'out of stock'. So my previous order was never going to be fulfilled as the items were clearly unavailable up until this point. However, bare with me here Clanaby before you get ready to write a snotty reply! I set up the 'email me when in stock'. A week later I got my email and I could re - order my items and lucky me they were on a 24hr dispatch. They were dispatched in a flash! Royal Mail slowed down the delivery process but that is out of Clanbays hands I finally received my items. Happy ending to this story. Happy Customer too. Thanks Clanbay!

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. I have politely contacted you to find out about progress of my order a few times, which according to an email should have been delivered over a week ago. But you don't even respond. If it is delayed, I would appreciate a call / email to explain - this is basic customer service. Your lack if response shows a real lack of respect and courtesy for your customers. You seem to blame coronavirus for your incompetence. I am now £111 short and have no income at the moment. Please kindly refund me.

The only way we seem to get a quick response is to post negative comment, so here goes again, ordered on the 25th of April, understandably we expected delays due to the current situation we are facing, the only communication we have had is us chasing them, customer service is practically non non-existent, good luck getting a informative response let alone your goods, all i want is a delivery date, we are obliviously willing to wait, but just saying we will get an automated email once dispatched is not good enough i am afraid, if you cannot fulfill the orders, do not take the money, by now you must have an estimation surely ....... either refund or give me a date, and i politely removed the first negative review on Trustpilot to give you a second chance, If i do not here back within 1 working day i will be escalating with PayPal. Also still showing stock on the website, dispatch 24/48hrs?? this is obviously just to get orders.
17/06 ... Still no mirror, its on its way apparently, link to DPD does not work so who knows.
18/06 ... DPD link does not work still, no contact from Clanbay, i will update this daily until i get a response, spoke to there sister company, information gathered from PayPal Receipt, passed to them now, hopefully get somewhere.
Finally received, unfortunately its damaged, the saga continues, still very slow response to any emails.

Ordered a table tray on the 1st of May, hadn't heard anything about it's whereabouts so decided to email on the 18th of May. I said in my email I understand delays due to COVID-19, I just wanted to make sure my order had all gone through okay. I got a response email two days later, very polite and helpful giving me the information I needed. I've seen this company get alot of bad reviews recently which I didn't let put me off from buying from them and I'm glad I didn't. They are doing their best during this hard time with only two members of staff doing deliveries. I think people need to be more mindful of this, this is not a huge company like Amazon so they will be affected by COVID-19 delivery delays much more than bigger companies. Thank you again to Jason for getting back to me about my order.
EDIT: I have just seen that clanbay have responded to my review, thank you for that. I do want to clarify though that I have yet to receive my table tray order. In their reply they said they are happy to hear that I liked my tray so I just wanted to clarify that I don't actually have my tray so I don't know if I like it yet.

Unlike some people complaining about the time delays, I completely understood that due to restrictions and measures due to Covid-19, it would take longer than usual for my package to arrive. I contacted customer service about the delay and they were very kind and let me know it would be shipped as soon as possible! When the packages arrived, I was very happy with my purchase.

Really disappointing first time experience with Clanbay. I understand that there are delays due to Covid-19 and although the website states a 14-21 day delay, it has now been 32 days since I placed my order and it is still listed as ‘processing’. I contacted customer services about this but was given a very generic response that there are delays of 14-21 days, and despite pointing out I had been waiting over 30 days, this point was ignored and it was just repeated that there was a 14-21 day delay. It is also disappointing to see the quite rude responses to reviews below.. delays are inevitable at this time but perhaps Clanbay should not be taking orders if they cannot fulfil them, or at least give a more accurate time frame as my order still says my expected delivery date is April 13..
