For me, this company is top notch. Having asked for a Park Home survey, I received the report in a few days & found it to be very comprehensive & easily understood. I would have no qualms about recommending this company.

I instructed Matthew to carry out a survey on a park home I wanted to buy. We correspond via email and I found this to be quick and straightforward. As soon as the survey was competed Matthew sent me a quick email about one issue. This knowledge enabled me to speak to the seller and the problem was rectified at no cost to me. It was absolutely the right decision to instruct Matthew and I have gone ahead with the purchase knowing that the home is free from faults. I would recommend Matthew for his efficiency and professionalism.

Matthew came to survey a pre loved park home for me. He was maticulous
in his work. From roof to the underside of the home, he was thorough. After the inspection, he spoke to my son and I with a breif but candid report, which gave me the information I needed to make my choice. I received my fully written report, which is very detailed and informative. Matthew was very professional and well mannered. I will not hesitate in using his services again. We couldn’t have asked for more, and we would not even have known our floor had been lifted and replaced had we not witnessed the work being done and my home was left spotless. Dealing with this company was really straightforward. It was easy to book in a date for the survey, and they dealt with access to the unoccupied property via the estate agent. They turned up on the day on time, did a thorough job, and emailed the comprehensive report to me the following day. They were also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Matthew was very helpful and carried out our requested survey very quickly for us. The prompt telephone call following the survey was also very helpful informing us of works that were needed on the property to maintain its high spec.
