Disappointed

I placed an order on a pair of curtains which I absolutely fell in love with, only to pay for them, and later be messaged and refunded as they did not have the stock. It should not have allowed me to process the order if the stock is insufficient. Very disappointed.

Good product, disappointing service...

Good products very well packaged....however we received a mail stating the delivery date, then on the day the parcel was supposed to arrive were advised that it would be dispatched 2 days late, and that it shouldn't be a problem as they were still within the promised overall delivery time for the order. Not the end of the world, but I was disappointed....
