Product and price were great, delivery awful.....
Product and price were great, delivery was awful! Product was left on a large wooden pallet outside my house, without anyone signing for it or anyone confirming it had been delivered! Fortunately it was t stolen and the weatherwasnt bad! I'm now left with a large wooden pallet to dispose of in some way. Spoiled a great purchase.

Due to the size of the item we do have to ship them on pallets to prevent damage, however for the courier to leave this without a signature is absolutely unacceptable. I have already passed your comments onto the depot to ensure the driver is spoken to.

Terrible.
Placed a large order for some urgently required things. The order was cancelled and refunded as they didn't have the stock that their website said they have. Wasted 24 hours... had to order from someone else.

light fittings
Ordered three light fittings they arrived on time but a problem with the quality. phoned cleverboxes they asked me to email photos of the problem this i did, once they had checked the photos they agreed there was a quality issue and quickly returned my payment for the lights first class service.

Absolutely superb service
Absolutely superb service - bought some refurbished ipads, Cleverboxes sent them faster than advertised. The quality was excellent apart from one had a dodgy home button - cleverboxes initiated an instant, no quibble replacement - they dropped off a replacement the next day and picked up the old one at the same time. Superb!
