Disappointing: Cleverbridge Support Goes Silent After Launch
We deeply regret the poor support experience with Cleverbridge. Since our collaboration went live, their support team has completely stopped responding to our inquiries.
This lack of follow-up has caused significant inconvenience to our workflow, as we’ve been unable to resolve post-launch issues in a timely manner. Reliable post-launch support is critical for any business partnership, and Cleverbridge’s unresponsiveness is highly disappointing.
We cannot recommend their services to others due to this frustrating lack of support.

I had an issue that I couldn't figure out with a Cleverbridge partner that I had purchased. When I couldn't find the answer anywhere else I reached out to them about the order. Someone responded quickly and supplied links for me to find the answers I needed from the partner site. Support was amazing!

I've been ordering software from Cleverbridge for many years now. And I've yet to have a problem about anything. Ordering is easy. Downloading is easy. And even though they are not the owners of the software I downloaded, I've never had any problems with them. If I ever need support, it is provided swiftly and professionally.

What an amazing customer service experience!
I’ve used CCleaner Professional for years. I had a laptop the was running sluggish so I decided to give it a try and it worked wonders.
I eventually purchased a new laptop and didn’t really pay attention to the fact that I still had the subscription on the old laptop.
I received an alert from PayPal stating that my subscription was renewed. I promptly contacted Cleverbridge and informed them of my situation. Within hours…like 3, I received a statement from PayPal stating that I received a refund from Cleverbridge. Shortly after I received a full statement from Alliah P. letting me know my refund was processed and my subscription cancelled along with a vey nice thank you statement for being a customer😳.
What an amazing experience!
I will definitely use their services in the future.

Worry free purchase. I bought the APFS for windows to access a USB drive I used with my macbook, but it did not work, I then realized the disk is formatted with old format and I actually need the HFS+ for Windows. I contacted the customer support and get my refund smoothly, I bought the HFS+ for Windows and it works really well! Really a pleasant experience.

Wasn’t aware that my subscription would automatically renew. I only became aware of this after the payment was already processed. Contacted costumer service and they not only immediately canceled my subscription, but also refunded my payment. Very much appreciated!
