Resourceful, reliable and prompt! all that you need from your pharmacy
The team at Click were incredibly helpful. Despite the medication being in short supply, they emailed to check on alternative options but in the interim period managed to source it from another of their branches - all this on a bank holiday when literally every other pharmacy was closed. They managed to deliver the medication in time!

I was desperate for anti bacterial eye…
Edit: I was offered a refund for the item and for the service charge. I am delighted by their response and overall can recommend their service to anyone who is in a bit of a desperate situation.

I was desperate for anti bacterial eye ointment so I paid Click Health £27 in total to deliver one tube of eye ointment to my address. It has been three hours and no eye ointment has arrived, even though they claimed that It would be delivered between 2-3 hours. Avoid this company at all costs, just get a cab to a pharmacy if you have to, it will be cheaper. They delivered my item after 3 hours and 4minutes. So if that sounds like something you wanna go for then you should go for it.
Furthermore I have been delivered a generic brand of eye ointment but the picture on the website is different. So it is misleading and false advertising.
