Avoid under all circumstances
Placed an order on 10/11/18 - within an hour I was contacted saying that they were refusing to fulfill the order and that I would be refunded.
13/11/18 - money taken from my bank account.
15/11/18 contacted company chasing refund. Told refund would be sorted.
19/11/18 Still no refund. Have raised a claim against this payment via my bank.
Really annoyed.

In regards to your refund, as we tell all our customers it typically takes 3-5 working days for a refund to show back into your account hence the small delay. It appears that the refund was followed through in a timely manner and no issues were experienced.
