A message from Martyn Roussel, Director and CEO Clickasnap is under new ownership. My team has been improving the site in many areas. One such area is renewals and refunds. I know from personal experience just how irritating it is to have money taken from my bank account for a subscription without warning. It may be legitimate, but it sucks. I have found that Clickasnap has been doing this in the past. That stops now. We will refund all legitimate claims, with no quibble, if made within 14 days. As we further improve the site and add new features, we want you to come back. We do not want you to have a bad experience. We are setting up reminders to prevent this happening in future. I had been in ClickASnap for 1 year now and my experience is awesome. The paid view is greater than the rest of social media even their free membership.
For me this is a great place to share my work as photographer. Thank you clickASnap for helping photographers for the content they created.
I even invited the rest of my photographers friend to check this great website!

ClickASnap's Customer Support is well beyond Normal and Customary! Their degree of attention to my needs and interests was higher/deeper than any customer support attention I have ever received. I have worked with Ash and Sarah over the past year, and I feel to this day that both were dedicated to helping me resolve my situation beyond all other cares and concerns. That is an amazing achievement in communicating a "Customer Service Is Our Brand" link with the customer. ClickASnap's customer support is out of the park!

Not an impressive site, and definitely not worth the $70 it costs to join. Customer services doesn’t reply to emails, no ability to get a refund, no option to cancel, no ‘Delete’ button so you can’t even delete your account. (Why is that?) Upload a photo and you won’t get any views let alone any money, site design is poor, slow and clearly the company have little to no knowledge of photography, photographers or what this sector needs. Total garbage.

I signed up for clickasnap a little over a year ago thinking it might be fun and possibly make some money. Over this time period I made $.09 (and that's not a typo). I just received an automatic renewal for $60 and TRIED to CANCEL, but they don't give you that option, they do not reply to email requests, the info to do so on their "site" is buried in their info, and the "instructions" to do so are garbage, in that the tabs they say to look for and click on, do not exist. You have to upgrade to downgrade... It's a BS experience, and I would never recommend anyone pay for this.

Terrible site that is basically a money grab for the owners of the site. They will renew your membership with no warning and without a single email to remind you that their weak site even exists

I was a Clickasnap user from the very start. The bad reviews etc. over the years were largely the result of some 'get rich quick' scheme that some little 'person' thought to have worked out how to make a quick dollar.
The reality was that there was money to be made, but the amount depended on the photo skills and the promotional skills of the user.
The site has come on in leaps and bounds, but in Feb 2024 there seems to have been an issue. The original designer of the site appears to have been displaced by other shareholders and the site to me has lost its way.
June 2024: Really don't bother .
Anything on Trustpilot is also a huge willy joke. Does anyone actually believe their crap?

I have been with clickasnap for over a year now. I'm falling in love with the platform that I find myself logging in several times a day. The sight is very friendly and easy to navigate. It's a very pleasant community of professional and amateurs photographers like myself. When I encounter a problem the clickasnap support team is quick to respond with reassurances and actions. It really is great! I can showcase my precious photographs of old and new. My payment is on time whenever I withdraw my earnings, and if there is an error the support team corrects it and this leaves me very satisfied. I thank you clickasap for allowing me to be part of your awesome platform and friendly community.

I had a very negative experience with ClickASnap, leading me to advise against using their platform. After paying for a year's subscription, my account was unfairly banned and deleted under the pretext of "fraudulent views," a claim that was both surprising and unsubstantiated.
Attempts to get a refund were ignored, which compounds the frustration of being denied access to a service I paid for. The misleading information on their site and their readiness to dismiss users without valid justification are major red flags.
I strongly not recommend using ClickASnap. Their treatment of users and handling of disputes are unacceptable, and it seems unlikely that you will be treated fairly or compensated for your content.

Your site is wonderful! It allows all people to take pictures and share with many people. Without being a professional photographer, I can take pictures of my favorite places, flowers and everything that is currently important and fun for me!

I have been using the clickasnap app for a few months now and enjoy being able to share my photography daily and hear the thoughts / feedback of other clickasnap photographers.
I have a particular interest in sunsets / sunrises and have been able to upload my entire album which is all stored in one place for others to enjoy, whilst enjoying the benefit of making some extra income all for doing what I love.

Great platform for anyone interesting in photography!
A great way to share your photographs with other like minded users.
Have had a few teething problems with my account but the support team are always on hand to help and very responsive.
Enjoy viewing the photo of the day as it is always varied and has a different photographer featured which is a great way to get exposure.
Reccomend!

I am trying to log in my account, the email in the account is no longer available because it was hacked therefore blocked.I have tried to contact ClickaSnap and no answer is awful all my photos still there and is probably some body is making money off from the account and ClickaSnap simply won't answer to me

I signed up for a free account with the aim to explore the platform. A lot of bugs, bots and terrible images of people’s dinner. There doesn’t appear to be any method to downgrade your account and there is also no option to delete your account. Not ideal qualities of a platform that claims to prioritise the photographer. Would not recommend joining

Love click a snap. Super easy to use. And wonderful photos to enjoy. Thumbs up from me!
I'm a big fan of this platform, especially as it gives so much support to professional and amateur/hobby photographers compared to other platforms.
I've also had a good experience with the support team after having a couple of initial queries - very responsive and gave me the confidence to use the platform.
Be warned, you can easily spend lots of time scrolling through some beautiful images! Looking forward to seeing how this platform grows.
