Julio was great helping me. He walked me through what I needed to do for our office to be able to bill for teletherapy and office visits.

Of the numerous occasions I've had to contact ClinicSource, this has been the best experience by far. Mr. Patel went out of his way to ensure I understood the process. Though ClinicSource couldn't do what I needed it to do, Mr. Patel was very helpful.

After almost a decade, ClinicSource continues to be amazing! As a pediatric physical therapy out-patient clinic, COVID19 has caused MAJOR disruptions over the past few months. Orchid and Julio both have been excellent listeners & advisors. Kudo's to customer care during challenging times!

A highlight of using Clinic Source has been their help system. I have gotten quick and effective assistance in a timely manner by using this tool. Julio Flamini patiently helped me figure out how to use a function I had never done before.

I appreciate the quick response every time I contact Customer Service! It's nice to see the same name of the Customer Service Rep on the tickets. Over the years, I have asked Julio many questions and he has always been very helpful and polite! Thanks Julio! Keep up the great work!

I called in with a problem I had been trying to correct on my own for several days. I thought the problem was complicated to understand, but Julio understood and helped me fix the problem easily. Stephen has been great!! He is so helpful, when I jump on his schedule he answers all of my questions and helps with anything I need! It would’ve been difficult without him to get this up and running efficiently!

The CS support team via email are pretty efficient and quick. They send too many emails, and I wish they were available via phone call!

Overall, I am very pleased with Clinic source so far! This is my third month with them!

Julio is amazing, I have used the system since 2015 and have stayed with it all these years because any time I have an issue that has been caused by our mistake he has been able to fix it. I have deleted paperwork myself and he has worked his magic and found it so I didn't have to re-write it.
He is very helpful and always has a great attitude. When he explains things to you he talks to you in an intelligent but easy way.
