I have ordered from this company twice…
I have ordered from this company twice now and should have learned my lesson the first time.
The quality is extremely poor. My first order was a T-shirt, and the seam came apart the very first time I wore it.
After leaving it a while, I decided to give them another chance and ordered a pair of trainers. Unfortunately, the quality was just as bad. After only four wears, the rubber sole started peeling away from around three-quarters of the shoe.
Based on my experience, the products are poorly made and do not last. I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company.

Had a problem with delivery
Had a problem with delivery, was my fault ordered it for wrong day as didn’t order before 2pm but when messaged to see if could bring forward as needed for a holiday. I felt they were quite cheeky and not very helpful.

I ordered a couple of different technical sets from Closure London and was more than happy with the products I received. Unfortunately a small manufacturing fault resulted in one of the zips coming off the pockets of my shorts. I contacted Closure London and was assisted by a customer service team member called Liberty. Liberty was absolutely brilliant from start to finish with me offering quick and helpful solutions to my issue. After this positive experience I will not hesitate to buy again from Closure London in the future. A refreshing postive experience from a situation that other companies (CLEENS) make a nightmare.

I ordered a hoodie & shorts set which arrived quickly & well packaged. The products are good quality the only thing I wasn’t overly keen on was the transfer writing on the hoodie. Would have been better if it was stitched on so won’t fade over time. Overall I’m happy with what I received. I did read reviews on the sizing & some people mentioned they were very large so to downsize. I found this wasn’t the case. Luckily the garments fit.
Free returns would be good also.

Do not use this company. I ordered 3 sets of clothing. Package arrived. 2 sets not included, only received 1 out of the 3. Raised s complaint. Was told to complete declaration and log with police for crime reference number. All done. Still wasn’t enough for them to resolve. Stated they checked cctv and all items were included. Now ignoring emails and last email was the case is closed. Working full time as a staff nurse, on a low wage and spending my hard earned money and trust in a company is disgusting that you are not willing to help resolve the issue. Your customer service is poor to say the very least and between your warehouse and my house an error has been made but you are not willing to help resolve. I will make sure my voice is heard about this and will not recommend you company to anyone. I will also take this matter up with my bank and show my compliance in the investigation and also your replies. I can’t say you’re a dishonest company, but I can say you are not willing to help to rectify the problem with this order. I will not use your company ever again and will make sure friends and family also stay well clear !
