We ordered a puffer jacket for my 12…
We ordered a puffer jacket for my 12 year old jacket. Jacket arrived, it was lovely and she fell in love with it. On trying it on, she noticed the pressing button on one side of the jacket was dislodged from the jacket. I guess it may have been a manufacturer defect. Closure Ldn was so kind to replace the jacket without any additional charges.
It was very easy to deal with customer service and theu were very timely with their response. I wont hesitate to shop with them again.Much appreciated.

Overall poor experience.
Quality is subjective, i get that but between loss of shipping and return shipping i was out of pocket considerably for returning products that were not wearable due to the quality.... because of this I can not buy from this company again, i cant take the risk of being out of pocket for clothing of low quality. If free returns labels were supplied i might have tried alternate options, at the very least I wouldnt feel the need to leave a bad review because i do understand everyone has a different perception of quality
