Quality of items was ok . Had to pay €15 in delivery and then a further €35 in added charges just before item was delivered. Nothing about this when I purchased items . Wrote them an email and never heard back really bad customer service . I wont be purchasing again

Broken Zip Never Been Worn
Bought a hoodie and had it hang up for about 6 weeks as I felt the medium was small sized. Went to try it on and the zipper has burst on the pocket. Contacted company stated you have 48hrs to report any issues. Basically brand new never been worn and it has a broken zip. Poor customer service who limits to 48hrs and refers you to their returns policy. Won’t use again.
Already contacted you and were quick to reply I had 48 hrs to check for defects.
