“I was confident we would be successful after reading the cover letter you had done for the application and the thoroughness of the application documentation as it was outstanding … also when I was at the bio-metric appointment the agent that assisted me was very positive and commented on how professional all the work that was done on the application was and that it was rare for her to see an application without any errors or things that needed attention … so she was very impressed with the effort and precision of your work too … hence the processing speed of the application given they quoted 5 working days …
……….. and it was clear to me from our first conversation that if I was going to be successful it would be with your assistance and I was right … moving forward I will in future for any visa’s I need in the UK be using your services … I can’t tell you how much I appreciated your work ethic replying to emails at 10pm on a Sunday night and for the efforts you have gone to make this possible …”
