Brought a 2018 Swift Rio 320 from CLV. Drove 2 1/2 hours on Sunday 2nd to collect it. Ross at CLV was in communication from placing the deposit and collecting. Great hand over covering all aspects of the vehicle. Once the paper work was done he waved us goodbye. As our journey home progressed a strange vibrating sound was gradually getting worse, to the point that we had to pull over on the M4. It was coming from the large front cab to window. It appeared that the window had become detached from the winding handle and the only thing holding it down was the 2 side latches. We called Ross to explain the situation, he invited us to come back but we explained we were only 20 minutes from home.
He did not hesitate to tell us to get home safely and he would come and collect the motorhome the following day. What service. He came and drove the MH back to CLV and the service team set about rectifying the problem. A new part was fitted the following day. Ross then drove the MH back to me and we went through what had been done. So in summary Purchased/collected Sunday, Ross collected/returned Monday, Part fitted Tuesday, Retuned to me Wednesday. Now that’s what you call great service, going above and beyond the call of duty. And to add to this they filled the MH with fuel so we were not out of pocket. What more can I say other than I thank Ross and the team for their dedication to “keeping the customer happy” I sincerely recommend CLV and will definitely go back if we decide to change the motorhome. One happy camper 😃

I had an ongoing issue with a dodgy brake/side light on my 2011 Swift. I contacted Continental Leisure through their website and got a quick response from Sue in the Service department. She arranged for us to call in when we were passing which we did a few days later. We were immediately looked after and after a short time the issue was fixed. Staff were very friendly, knew what they were doing and we can't thank them enough. Would highly recommend the service department. Sales staff were also friendly. Thank you to all that helped us out!

Cannot praise this company and the staff here enough, bought a brand new Rollerteam, Mark in the Sales team was amazing from my initial phone call to handing over the vehicle, had a minor issue with the shower and habitation blind and Mark then passed me onto Sue in the workshop who was very friendly and helpful booking be in at a suitable time and date to get the work done under warranty, when I arrived they provided me with a courtesy car to use while the motorhome was repaired and then Mike took care of the repairs for us and was so thorough and explained everything that he had done upon collection! Absolutely fantastic company and customer service 10/10 well done guys at Continental. Thanks for all your help

i had a great experience when i bought my autotrail motorhome and dealt with Ross overall great - that's where it ends !
i had a warranty issue which i had to make 2 seperate appointments for - was left to wait in a box room freezing cold for 3 hours . was spoken to by an older woman - Lowri her attitude was well below what you would expect from such a large ' Family ' run business - honestly i was dumbfounded by the way this woman spoke to me .
the issue is still not resolved but it's safe to say i will never return to this place and will take my hard earned money elsewhere !
there are other places that will look after you and your motorhome better - I really wonder how they are still in business .

We pre-ordered our Sunlight Cliff with Ross Lynn at Continental Leisure over the phone. Throughout the wait for manufacture and import Ross kept us fully informed. We have now collected and the experience was absolutely first class. Every detail was addressed. Super happy.

After 12 previous motorhomes from a range of suppliers I have found the processes of purchase, backup and support the best I have experienced with any dealer. The sales staff were pleasant and not in anyway pushy. The support team were very aware our needs and promptly delt with our queries. The technical team were knowledgeable and professional. From initial inspection by Luke and Mike to the quality work by technician John and always an attitude of ‘nothing is too much trouble’ from the brilliant Sue in the office.

We have bought a motorhome before and three caravans all from a local dealer to us in the North West (not all at the same time, of course). Our experience with CLV was second to none and well worth travelling to Wales for. As with other new vehicles, we are aware there can be snags, in fact no purchase of ours has ever been without one. For this reason we chose to stay down in Wales for a few days to check it properly. We did need some adjustments made and we were staggered at the positive reception we got and the extent they went to to resolve everything quickly. A massive thank you to Mark, our salesman, Ross who did our handover but an even bigger thank you to the team in the workshops.

After a last minute decision to change my motorhome for a campervan a week before a trip to Scotland. Ross and the team were amazing, Ross pulled out all the stops to make sure the camper was ready for my trip. The whole team were a pleasure to do business with nothing was too much trouble I will definitely recommend continental leisure.

This is a warning going out to the person whe works for this horrible company it has been brought to my attention that you have been slandering my name to a company who is doing repairs on my moterhome that i had from you in 2019 and saying im a nuisance and will never be happy well let me just say this if your vehicles was fit for purpose then i would be happy but i have had nothing but trouble with this moterhome sice i had it of you and its still going on today endless folts holidays ruined so dont you dare slander me or you will fell the full force of the law and you end up in court if you say one more bad word about me to anyone you will pay the price this is how unprofessional this company is very bad attitudes and even slander and disrespectful to customers what ever you do dont even buy parts of them or a moterhome or you end up taking it back endless times for repairs that dont last as thy parts are crap parts thy buy from China are rubbish thy attitude stinks there service is crap and thy slag customers of when thy conplan about there moterhomes the only reason i am never happy is because there is always things going wrong with my moterhome from when i had it up and till this very day its waiting to go back in for the heating to be changed for the 3rd time the panel is needing changeing for the 4 time and this is just a very small part of the problem there must be about 40 plus folts that have go wrong thy sell these moterhomes for 60k plus and thy are rubbish stay away from this sad company dont waste your money on crap because thats what thy sell in that dreadful place so Continental leisure if i here one more world about me to any company i take my moterhome in to for repairs i will take you to court and my brother who is a top barrister in London will take you down big time so be careful what you say you have been warned

I have been visiting CLV since 2018 after I purchased my Autotrail V-Line 540 from another supplier. They have always provided me with excellent service with Habitation Checks and more recently a Cambelt change and some other work.
Highly recommended !

Our contact throughout the buying process was Ross Lynn and I can't speak too highly of him. He has proved completely reliable and trustworthy and is a fine ambassador for CLV. We've had a few relatively minor issues with the purchase of our new vehicles and Ross has dealt with them in an exemplary way. I would have no hesitation in buying from CLV again.

We have recently taken delivery of our most expensive purchase ever ( Having owned our home for over 35 Years )
As you can imagine it’s a huge decision where & who you trust at this time after meeting Ross at CLV we made our decision to commit to the purchase of our Bailey Adamo 75-4DL & we already knew not everyone is happy with their experience after choosing a dealer & you only get one chance to get it right
We are now in our new Motorhome & thoroughly enjoying it there have been a couple of hiccups along the way but Ross has always been very easy to contact & responds well to all our needs which was a huge relief after reading reviews from people on Facebook who weren’t as lucky as we have been with CLV
When it came to choosing our optional extras ( Canopy , Gaslow , TV , BBQ point , bike rack etc. ) we were introduced to Luke in the workshop to assist us & Luke didn’t agree with all our choices so we adjusted some of our selections based on his advice & sitting in the van now we are so grateful to Luke for his honest experienced advice everything we adjusted after his advice has proved spot on we would have made some errors without him
On the day of collection we were treated so well Ross truly valued our custom & the Motorhome was handed over to us indoors so we could thoroughly inspect it at the handover at our pace & as we couldn’t go travelling until the following day Ross even put it back in doors overnight & connected it to the electric so the fridge was cold for us the following morning
We collected the van the following morning & it was like having a treat all over again
Finally we had decided to travel locally on our first trip in case our brand new van had any teething issues & on day 3 the habitation door was a little loose & again after a 2 minute call to Luke we travelled back to the dealer ( approx 30 mins ) & the door was sorted within 40 mins really impressive service Thank you CLV your staff are a credit to the company

I write this review after having owned my Rollerteam Zefiro for a few months. Ross and the team at CLV were very welcoming and had great knowledge in their broad choice of products. Following our seamless purchase, our van was delivered in a totally pristine condition and we are enjoying our beautiful van. A great service from the experts. Keep it up boys we’ll be back again for our 4th motorhome!

just part exchanged my autotrail F74 for a Rollerteam Zifero 696. Had an excellent service from Ross the salesman, nothing was to much trouble. Sorted everything i asked nothing was to much. Would recommend every time

Well if you look at the response i have had from this unprofessional company you begin to understand how bad thy are so lets brake this down
1 i did not say that thy falsified a mot so thats a lie there was a bulge on one tyre and when i went to inspect it i found out that the van had 2016 tyres on a 2018 new vehicle which was only a year old when i had it
2 the long member of there so called team is the x wife of the owner and has one of the worst attitudes i have ever come across and there are other customers that have had very similar experiences with this woman so its not slanderous its a fact she simply shouldn't have anything to do with customers she doesn't have the right temperament a horrible person i have been buying cars moterhomes and motorcycles over 40yrs and never come across such a horrible person like this

3 thy didn't say anything to my face when i called in to book my mot then two weeks later i get a call to say not to bring it in and then had the phone put down on me when i asked y again by that horrible woman but its the best thing that has happened because RJR mots was fantastic a completely different experience professional polite and even cheaper

As you can see buy there reply its always the customers folt no apologies for the way i was treated maybe thats because the x wife has some sort of hold over the owner it must of been a very odd divorce settlement lol anyway please dont take your moterhome to this lot or even buy a new one as you will spend more of your time taking it in for endless problems and faults like i have over 25 faults in the first year there are much better companies out there that no how to respect there customers but sadly this company doesn't have a clue very nasty company stay away or you will have a wold of pain i promise you that your deserve better than this lot terrible company bad in every way

Ordered our Roller team T Line 740 in January 2022 with CLV there was a long delay took nearly 15 months but that was nothing to do with CLV it was with Manufacters delays which i was aware of before ordering. I was kept updated by Iwan through out and he was always on the other end of the phone to answer my questions if not available he always phoned me back. Everything was explained in handover when we had our MH which I videoed also. There was a few minor issues which we discovered on our 1st trip away, which were fixed straight away, in all fairness Iwan even came to our house to collect the MH as we were unable to take it back otherwise for nearly 2 weeks most companies would not do that and he got it straight in to be fixed. Mike from the workshop who fixed the minor issues took the time to speak with me on the phone and explain everything which was fantastic. With the long delays the price had increased by about £10,000 but we only paid what it was when we ordered it CLV stuck to their price. Iwan also give us a few freebies which was fantastic as it ment i saved a few 100 pounds. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. It is a lovely company to purchase from very clean and they have some lovely Motorhomes there for sale no tat. Whilst waiting for our MH we bought a 2nd hand one from them just to tie us over that is now back with them to sell for us. I would 100% recommend his company. As I said Iwan was very helpful, professional through out. Not at all pushy. If in the future we ever decide to buy another MH we will definitely go back to them. We will also go back to them for any aftercare as in servicing etc. We absolutely love our Motorhome and are so looking forward to our new adventures
