Easy renewal
Always let me know the due dates. Quick and easy to renew online. Downside is the insurance has gone up a bit much for a small hobby craft stall.

This decision was made due to the increasing costs of servicing and supporting our traders. Good, everything straightforward. The only thing I would mention is that if you inform me that prior to approval of the policy, I would receive a phone call, then please do it! Sitting anxiously by my phone until I received an email instead.
