I arranged a call to draw up my will following completion of an on line form. Janet Johnston called me at the time agreed and spent an hour taking my instructions and explaining clearly the options available and the pros and cons of my choices She was very knowledgeable and communicated in a professional and friendly manner.

Nadia was friendly and very helpful. She showed a very professional attitude and explained everything clearly and concisely. She was able to answer all our questions intelligently and flexibly including things that we hadn’t previously considered, which provided for needs which were important to our particular situation. I was writing a single will following my divorce. Throughout my phone call with the estate planning I found Nigel to be very considerate polite and informative. He took his time to explain everything to me in light of the fact that this was particularly difficult subject for me following my divorce. He was kind and considerate everything was explained. Clearly I was not rushed at any point in fact halfway through he asked me to get a cup of tea so I could just take five minutes to relax gather my thoughts which I thought was absolutely delightful, totally appropriate and really kind. Definitely recommend them to my family. Very very happy happy with the service.

I had been putting off making a will for years but was inspired to make one after attending a presentation at work
I contacted the Coop as I know they are reputable
I was dealt with by Hassan Ali. He arranged the meeting for a time convenient for me. I was sent an email prior to the meeting so I could prepare
I had a few IT issues but Hassan was patient and professional. He explained all of my options and was clearly knowledgable and experienced
I elected to have my will with the Coop and feel reassured by the decision
