Made it really straightforward and simple. Hannah phoned at a time that suited me after work and listened to what my wishes were. Everything was well explained and the draft copy came with a commentary to explain the legal wording. Would really recommend.

Legal Services with kindness
I had to write a new will after my husband passed away and Steven Dodd was very kind, sympathetic and helpful. He explained everything clearly and easily and outlined the next steps very well. The online meeting was easy and I didn't need lots of paperwork to set up the first draft. This is never going to be a nice experience, but it is a necessary one, and Steven made me feel well supported throughout. I felt like Co-Op Legal Services values me as a customer and was doing it to support a member, rather than doing it to get a profit.

We had a will in place from many years ago which needed updating but we had put it off as the whole idea seemed daunting. We decided we had to do something about it and the Co-op was recommended to us. Although we had some idea of our wishes for our new wills , the advice and suggestions given by your Estate planner Tracy, were excellent and made us think of things we had not considered. Tracy was extremely patient and helpful and the whole experience was friendly and much easier than we had expected. We now feel that our new wills will reflect our exact wishes. We also discussed Power of Attorney and again were given clear and concise advice. As soon as we had decided to go ahead and made payment Tracy sent us an information sheet outlining the process going forward which is extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend the Co-op to friends and family if they are considering their Estate Planning and future needs as the service was very professional . Thank you

Efficient, caring service
Having recently lost our mother it was obviously a very stressful time for me and my sister but thankfully, our burden was eased greatly by having chosen Co-op Legal Services to deal with the administration of her estate. We knew we had definitely made the right decision because, from the very beginning to the conclusion of the case, everything ran incredibly smoothly due to the outstanding expertise of our case manager, Elodie.
I cannot praise her highly enough for her proficiency. She was fully competent in dealing with all matters in a really professional manner, whilst also being very kind and supportive. She efficiently contacted us at every stage of the case, keeping us informed about what was taking place and was quick to respond regarding any queries that we had.

Great service
It’s good that the Co-op give you a fixed price and an approximate length of how long your case might take at the start. We had a bit of blip halfway through our case, in that we were assigned a new case handler and then a third one within the space of 2 weeks. But this turned out to be for the best. Our final case handler NNC (for the last 6 months) was superb. She was very efficient, friendly and approachable, quick to respond to queries, always did what she said she would and would pro-actively call us if she needed to, rather than always relying on emails when a quick call would be better. She was a real pleasure to work with. In general, calls and emails were always replied to within 48 hours at the very latest.

Incredible service, amazing price, and a stress-free experience!
I was absolutely impressed by how easy it was to sort out a mirror will and power of attorney for my husband and me.
To be honest, I didn't even know this trusted household name offered will services, but their pricing was amazing.
We were a bit apprehensive beforehand because giving up an evening felt daunting, and we worried it would turn into a high-pressure sales pitch.
It was completely the opposite! Andrew Ford, didn't sell to us at all,he just spoke to us openly about wills and guided us clearly and patiently through every single stage.
He was incredibly helpful and made everything so straightforward that we managed to get it all sorted in just over an hour, which we really didn't think would be possible!
He completely took the stress out of the evening. We can't thank Andrew Ford enough and highly recommend this service!

Clear and easy to complete the initial information gathering online.
We were told that the phone conversation would be 90 minutes, but it was very thorough, informative and helpful and answered all our questions. Our advisor was also friendly and empathetic and happy to repeat information that we didn’t understand, this made even the difficult decisions possible. Thank you.
