The staff at Coach House Pianos have made a family dream come true! Lucas was so welcoming on our first visit to the beautiful showroom in London, knowledgabe and patient as we tried some incredible pianos! On our second visit, Dan met us to discuss the pianos we had chosen to try out. His expertise was next to none. Communication with both Dan and Lisa thereafter was brilliant. Delivery was seamless and the complimentary tuning and voicing was outstanding from Andrew and Simon. Thank you to Coach House Pianos for guiding us on our journey to purchasing our first grand piano. What a memorable experience!

Outstanding service, value for money and efficiency. I ordered a digital piano on Tuesday and by Wednesday evening it arrived fully assembled and placed in the room which will be its new home. Absolutely wonderful service from beginning to end. Dan was so helpful in assisting with my choice of piano. (I love my Kawai GL 10 - a baby grand has been a dream of mine for many years!). The delivery guys were friendly and took great care and attention having travelled from Wales to Norfolk. Jerry and the team answered lots of my queries with patience and were always friendly. Lisa went the extra mile with organising the complimentary tuning and was just so lovely in her approach and communicating so well. If I may begin by providing my credentials, to verify my judgement. I am a QA consultant working in the city of London, my role is to QA a host of CRM systems for the whole industry, most of which are Blue chip companies.

My daughter of eight required a Piano and did not know which one to choose. I also needed it in time for for her 9th Birthday. This all occurred during Covid-19 pandemic . After spending at least 300 hrs researching piano's and speaking to every dealer ship in England I narrowed my chosen dealership to Coachhousepiano's. When I phoned them, I was introduced to Sam, I must have had at least 10 to 15 calls with him on some occasions lasting up to an hour. Over a period of a month. During this time there was no pressure to purchase a Piano. Sam's knowledge was truly exceptional and approach was gentlemen like. Being a QA I naturally need to make sure every angle was covered. Sam covered everything right through to delivery. My final advice to any one who reads this review, is don't bother spending hrs upon hrs reviewing different companies, as I have done that for you. This company is great and I fully endorse buying your Piano from here.

I placed an order for a piano model however due to Covid i had not had a chance to play it in person which discouraged me and decided not to proceed with the order although i considered a few options. The team was very helpful and responsive, especially Jerry. I would go back.

I bought the Kawai k500 from Coach House Pianos. Not only I got the best price in UK, I also got the superb service. I would call their service is proactive and think in customers' shoe. They are trust-worthy. Not like some other dealers will game you and make more money out of you because of lacking information. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for piano.

I’m very pleased that I chose Coach House Pianos to supply my first acoustic piano. The whole experience has been of the highest standard. Initially, Dan talked me through the options of new versus second-hand, the pros and cons of different makes and the differences in tone. Dan was very patient and sent me sound and video clips of pianos in my price range - he remained good-humoured whilst I vacillated between options and then, when I made my choice was able to match the most competitive price that I had seen elsewhere. I opted for a new Yamaha B3 - it had to be ordered and Jerry kept me fully informed of delivery timescales. Carlie managed the payment process efficiently and the delivery team were pleasant and helpful and the piano arrived in pristine condition. All of this was achieved during lockdown. I love my new piano and the fact that the process was so stress free added to the enjoyment. I highly recommend Coach House Pianos to anyone that is considering buying a piano - it’s unlikely that anyone could better the service they offer.

There isn't much else to say! I was extremely surprised at how quick and straightforward they made the delivery (especially with the ongoing COVID crisis). I was nervous about buying a piano remotely without seeing it in person, but the description was accurate and I couldn't be happier.

Coach House Pianos provided us with a superb service on every level. Sam spent considerable time talking through the options with me to help me choose the right piano for my son. Delivery was arranged to suit us. The deal we struck was very good indeed. Sam also threw in a very generous goodwill gesture as a surprise. One of the family came to deliver the piano with the delivery team to ensure all went well. This is a family business offering a good deal, professional and very friendly service and they seem to really care to please their customers. The piano is stunning, absolutely the right choice, thank you. The stool is very nice indeed too.

I have no hesitation in recommending Coach House Pianos to anyone looking to buy a quality piano. I visited Coach House Pianos on recommendation from my piano tuner (we travelled from Cumbria). The staff are friendly and informative and are super helpful. They didn’t mind that we had a small puppy in tow - nothing was too much trouble. I purchased a beautiful piano - it was delivered promptly and the delivery men were great. Thoroughly recommend.

Coach House Pianos gave us excellent service. They have a most impressive showroom, very knowledgable staff who go out of their way to satisfy the customer’s desires, and they are a company of real integrity. We would highly recommend them.

They gave us an instant, and very satisfactory quote. In spite of our somewhat remote situation (deepest Cornwall) they sent a first class team to collect our grand piano without too much delay. They spoke to us on the telephone the moment the removers arrived, and the money was in our account within an hour or so of the piano being removed - which is what they had told us would happen. Very impressed altogether and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to dispose of a piano.
