I purchased a 2020 Shelby GT350 this past December of 2025. The process was painful because I purchased the vehicle out of state through the internet so that is on me, but honestly even if I had been in front of the car I would not have seen this, at least not without a lift. Also the owner/manager of the dealership took interest in the sale by calling me to try and speed up the process, after which I could never get in touch with him after deciding to purchase the vehicle. Trying to make a long story short, I get the car the first week after New Years. I bring it to a Ford dealership to get it inspected for state registration. I get a report that the a/c belt failed because it is shredding and that there is a bad oil leak coming from the oil pan. I cannot pass the state inspection without the fixing the belt and removing the tint that had been put on. Granted the tint was not the dealership's fault but the belt and oil leak should have been found and fixed before selling the car. I express this to the salesman that I had dealt with and he down plays the problems, I guess he did not understand that without a new belt I will not pass inspection. He states that his master mechanic will contact me and tell me that the inspecting dealership is trying to rip me off. When I got the car back I began looking at the oil pan leak and I think whoever did the last oil change (probably the dealership before selling) put too much oil in it as the dipstick marked the level almost half way up the stick. I do not think I have seen an engine over filled as badly as this. I think the mark of a good dealership is that you are want to return to them to purchase another vehicle. I would not be willing to go back to Coast to Coast Imports for anything.

I bought a Skoda Octavia Estate 1.9 TDI PD 4x4 in 2006. Yes 2006. I always remember the professional and efficient way the sale was handled and the ease by which the dealer was sourced and the excellent discount on the purchase.
Yes, I am still running this car as it’s the best bargain I ever had in car sales. I live in Scotland and collected the car from shoreham on sea (cheap easyJet flight to Gatwick) and drive it home.
I take it the signature on my coast to coast correspondence at that time was the same Val that is still providing the same service.

My car was due for mot August 10th.it need a few jobs doing first.i took it to coast to coast flint he said leave it with me il do the jobs.few days later I picked it up and paid £365.i took it to lees mot but it failed on all the jobs coast to coast should of done.i got it fixed at lees mot and it passed mot.i asked coast to coast for a refund he said no.i recommend nobody goes there he will rip u off.

Used coast to coast to get competitive quote on new BMW M3 Xdrive. Was put directly in touch with Dealer. Just picked up new car took 6 months from ordering which is great for this type of car normally 12 months. Would recommend service

Good website, fast, efficient and friendly response from C2C after I specced my car on their site, slick handover then to direct contact with BMW dealer who were also very good. My car was delivered last week on the timescale predicted by dealer. I would happily use C2C again and, based on my experience, would unequivocally recommend to friends and family.

Great service for getting a good deal on my new car. Friendly, personal service. They went above and beyond by calling me themselves when the dealer was too busy to initiate the sales call. I would definately look to use C2C again in the future.

They were great at the time of placing our order. That was back in March but lead times have been tough for a while now. They passed me onto the Audi main dealer and I paid their fee. Today the Audi dealer tried to screw us , car arrived , now the terms are changing etc. C2C were copied in the whole sorry saga and have done nothing. I’ve walked away from the car which is probably what they wanted anyway. Really stressful and no support from C2C. How a firm reacts when a problem arises is the true test of service. We evidently ceased to be of any consequence after we had paid their fee. Oh well , never again .

I got in touch with Gordon who got the ball rolling, sending through specs and putting me in touch with the excellent Lookers Mercedes dealership in a matter of minutes. No exaggeration! Gordon checked in to make sure everything was going to plan and to see if he could offer further help. Dealership were swift and professional in putting together quotes and helping to fine tune to get things right. Delivery company were excellent - the best experience I have received in being guided through my new car. No hesitation in recommending. Many could learn a lot from this excellent customer-focussed service.
