I purchased a new Mercedes A class through coast2coastcars.co.uk last year. The process was very simple and quick. Once I had a confirmed price from them with a good discount, I was dealing directly with the Mercedes dealer to discuss order and confirm details. I received confirmation from the dealer about the price that had been quoted.
The official Mercedes website was not offering any significant discount at the time so I would certainly recommend coast2coastcars.co.uk to get a good deal on a new car.

First class experience all round with coast 2 coast cars. I have contacted them a few times and always found their communication to be very professional, prompt and courteous. Eventually ordered a Porsche through them and again it was a slick, painless, faultless experience with great communication. I ordered the car with a discount that would not have been achievable elsewhere. Their appointed dealership also provided great service throughout the buying process.

Excellent service from Coast2Coast. They achieved a significant reduction on my Audi S3, much more than a certain other site that seems to have lost its "wow". The whole process was seamless and their choice of Brighton Audi as a partner was the icing on the cake. I thoroughly recommend Coast2Coast and will certainly use their services again.

Took delivery (transporter) of my new car last week, went perfectly smoothly. Was pretty much stress free particularly with the car coming to me, well worth paying for if you'd otherwise have to travel a fair distance like I would have on this occasion. Plus on top of the stress free buying experience you can get a very good discount depending on the make/model.

Having used them three times now (I think) unless there's a hedge case reason not to I really can't see why I'd buy a new car any other way now. Whenever I've phoned them it's always been a positive and informative experience as well and any issues resolved very quickly and professionally.

One thing I will say though is that you and C2C are at the mercy of the dealership playing ball and being professional as well. One I put a PCP quote through on wasn't and had my time wasted, they just didn't want to sell a car it seems (their local dealership also didn't want to sell a car which is very odd). So I quickly moved to another manufacturer again through C2C. This is totally an issue with the dealership and not C2C as they are relying on their partners to do a good job too.

As a future suggestion it would be awesome if C2C provided a service that allowed us to sell our cars 2nd hand as well like WeBAnyCar, though I bet this would be a big undertaking too. I'm sure with the trustworthiness of C2C and the professional approach they take they could so some damage in that industry.

I'm very happy buying a car this way and will continue to do so, so thank you to Gordon and Val for providing this service.
