We had to wait 5 months for the car from the initial order, it was worth the wait... Sam told us this would be the delivery time and kept us informed throughout. The car is better than we had expected and we are over the moon with the quality, it’s a handsome car.

It was reassuring to know in advance which dealership was to supply the vehicle, and the discount achieved vs my local dealership was very impressive - they couldn't get anywhere close. I found the personal service to be far superior to the others out there. Bottom line is saving thousands of pounds (I forget how much but something like 8k from memory). But a very informative chat also steered me towards a slightly different model that will suit us much better than the one I would have blindly ordered on my own. Highly recommended.

Very good experience from start to finish. Very quick to connect with the team at Coast 2 Coast and place an order for my daughters new Audi A1 at a fantastic deal. First went to my local Audi dealer who would not even consider offering discount and then had no hesitation in purchasing through Coast 2 Coast when I saw their price. Direct contact with the dealer was arranged and everything progressed smoothly. Delighted with the car and service provided.

Its very rare people do what they say they are going to do these days, but coast2coast really do - It was the easiest car buying experience I have had (and I have brought a few!). The website is really clear and easy to use also. When I need another new car, this company will be my first port of call.

Excellent service from Gordon at C2C who talked me through the whole buying process. He was also very knowledgeable about the model range I was looking at and helped sway my choice based on residual values.
The only slight quibble was the after sales call I had. I’d received a marketing email from them the week before which had a customer review saying that the ‘£20 Amazon voucher they received for using them was the icing on the cake’. Great, I thought I’ll use it to buy a cleaning kit for the new car. When I enquired how to get this I was told by the lady on the phone that only certain customers get the voucher. I know it’s only £20 but it seemed strange why some people get it and some don’t.
Apart from this I couldn’t fault the service from C2C - definitely a more personalised service than the other big brokers out there in this marketplace.
