As I have read on a number of other reviews Im also a returning customer who has just taken delivery of my 2nd new vehicle. these are of course unprecedented times so Im sure it wont be going far on the road of Britain for a while but in terms of service quality and value I cant fault C2C, they are a step above the larger brokers with a massive advertising budget but personal service and word of mouth is so important, they have my sincere thanks and respect for a great service

I was a little apprehensive about buying a new car online, however, the dealer wouldn’t budge in price. Coast 2 Coast we’re offering an 8% discount so I decided to take a chance.
The online configurator was easy to use and the formal quote was very detailed.
A couple of calls with Gordon and Val and the car was soon on order.
The car was delivered early 2020, since ordered Lexus had increased the price so I was half expecting to be asked to pay the difference but no the price I paid was exactly as originally quoted.
The car was delivered on low loader from a main dealer and we are extremely happy.
I would definitely recommend C2C and wouldn’t hesitate using them again in the future.
