Outstanding customer service and products
I love both my bumblebee door knocker and my beautiful silver leaf ear climbers which I was sent as a birthday gift.
I emailed C&W when I opened the ear climbers as I had 2 of the same earring (they are directional) and within minutes Andy had replied and told me he would put the correct one in the post. I got the replacement earring the very next day.
I’m so delighted with not only the high quality of the products but also the fantastic customer service!
