Very expensive for what you get in the cocktail set. I had assumed you'd get a glass for the price as shown in the pictures. But you don't. Won't be buying again unfortunately.

Fast efficient service kept informed every step of the way

Nice packaging.
Having only recently returned home from Singapore we were looking forward to enjoying this world famous Raffles Long Bar cocktail once more.
Sadly, some of the ingredients necessary to make a proper Singapore Sling were missing from the box.
Very disappointing.

Just as advertised,in fact I would say looks even better in real life.

Avoid. Placed an order which has not been shipped but money has been taken. No way of contacting them as no-one answers email. Am having to raise a chargeback on my credit card. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! Probably a scam. Have reported them to Shopify. They are also on NotOnTheHighStreet and will ask for them to be removed on their site too.

An excellent selection of gifts in a niche area. Communication was clear and helpful.

The mocktail crate was absolutely lovely. Brilliant for a 30th birthday celebration for a pregnant lady.
Drinks were so good we all preferred them to the cocktails we were drinking!
Would highly recommend purchasing.

I received my cocktail box which was attractively packaged and on time. However, not all contents were in the box. I emailed Cocktail Crates that day and have had no reply. I emailed again yesterday this time with photographs, to 2 different email addresses and still no response. They have no customer service phone number and do not allow returns.
i also found their Facebook page and although quite old, the comments I was able to see were all disparaging. A very unhappy customer.

Great presentation

Bought the margarita set for my SILs birthday. Very swift delivery and my SIL loved it! She said it was an amazing gift and the photo of the cocktail looked delicious!

Delivery was fine and as expected. Box is small and the wrong alcohol was packaged for the chosen cocktail. Makes the entire point of getting a cocktail box redundant😂.
