The mocktail kit was a birthday gift. The recipient really likes it - the kit is beautifully presented and a good selection of items. The website is great and user friendly. The kit arrived promptly. Would recommend.

Ordered in December in time before Christmas for a family member, never received the item, have contacted the company by email multiple times and haven’t heard anything back. For something that is quite expensive it is very poor and I think it is a scam

£44 for a few miniatures and a cocktail recipe? This is the price I'd expect to pay in a decent bar. Terrible value.

I felt like the product I received was not worth the money it cost. I paid £44 for a Long Island Ice Tea cocktail crate, and when it arrived the box had been dented. The stickers on the front felt a bit haphazardly placed on, with most of them being squashed and not really looking great. And then the product itself seems okay, but I would have expected to have glass bottles rather than plastic at that price. Overall quite disappointed with the product, it felt like I paid a premium to be given a less than premium product. The delivery was very fast though. All in all probably a 4/10.

Ordered a month ago and still not received order. Sent an email and still not had a response. No telephone number to contact. Placed order and money taken nothing received

I bought a Mocktail set for my daughter. She doesn’t drink alcohol so it was great to get something that looks like real cocktails 🥂😁
Looks very stylish. She hasn’t used it yet as it’s a gift and she won’t get it until next week but if the taste matches the presentation it’ll be lovely ☺️

I paid for a cocktail set which never arrived for Christmas. 3 months later and I have had no reply to my numerous emails and messages.

The product was actually nicer than I expected and worth every penny - very satisfied.

Slow shipping. At checkout, it said express delivery yet took 5 days to receive my order.

Absolutely awful. Ordered in December, still not delivered and no response to my multiple emails. Shocking business to do buy from here if you dont want to lose money.

Cocktail Crates went over and above after I made a mistake with the delivery address and corrected it for me and also put a gift card inside the delivery for me. Superb service, thank you.

Order never arrived. No tracking Information, conflicting information about order status and zero response from the vendor. Either it's some kind of scam or they just don't care about the business. If you still want to risk it, make sure you pay by cc so you can chargeback as it seems this company will happily take your money and never talk to you again.

Order placed on 12th December, dispatched on 20th December and I've still not received it (10th Jan). I bought 3x crates, totalling £150 and I've still not received my refund, nor will customer services get back to me.

Was asked to review; nothing has arrived & no answer to my email. Even if it does ever arrive it would arrived past the birthday for whom this was intended.

Like all the other recent reviews, I think this is a scam website, no phone number to get in touch, ordered before Xmas, said dispatched next day but nothing after two weeks, no reply to my email chasing delivery, the shop app doesn't work and neither does the tracking option, very bad experience, will be reporting to bank and trading standards

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering, this company is obviously a scam. Ordered before Christmas, money was taken and no delivery. I have tried to contact by email and Facebook message with no luck. There was a slight hint of warning as there is no tracking reference or indication of delivery company, but this is after you have made payment. I hope other people read the reviews and stop ordering.

I concur with a number of recent reviewers. Zero, even negative, stars should be an option. I ordered 2 crates to be delivered for Christmas presents. They did not arrive and there will not even be the consolation of their arrival for New Year. No response to emails, the only contact option. I am hoping for my money back but not holding my breathe.
