The perks are really good. If you renew your room, you stay for free over the summer. The gym is for free and CODE cares about our wellbeing and fitness. The staff are really helpful. And it’s a safe and comfortable environment to live in!

Amazing service!
The staff is amazing and are really helpful when you’ve got enquiries

Great studio apartment spacious included a full size oven, Tv (license needed) & small sofa . Washing machines available in the block . Post goes to dedicated postal room & message details went to student quickly to collect parcels & post. Secure Accomodation , everything was new on arrival & any issues maintenance wise were dealt with quickly and included free use of well equipped gym . Also had a study area & communal room. Close to campus, supermarket & easy to walk into town. Wished we’d had this for yrs 1&2 as son would have happily stayed here all 3 years.

Was given compensation and a refund when my room was found to be unsuitable. They handled it relatively well.

Great accommodation, i dont think i could have found a better accommodation to stay at in coventry during my university.

My experience at code was great because of the staff - the staff are all excellent and care about the students well-being. Another thing is the different events they put on l, living in a studio can be lonely, helps everyone to socialise and get out of there rooms

Complete and utter incompetance from start to finish.

Speaking to the management I see this is why the poor staff give such a poor service.

The staff are all really friendly and there's 24hr security. The process of booking and rebooking your room is easy and stress-free. Games room and study rooms are open till late. They provide activities so you can meet new people and get lots of free things.

The staff are really welcoming and kind, they’re always happy to help and usually very efficient.

The code events are always amazing and well organised and out together, they’re also great opportunity to meet other tenants at code.

Definitely best student accommodation in Coventry.

It’s a nice place to stay and the rooms feel homely. The staff couldn’t be more helpful when you have a query or just want a chat

A lot of benefits with having a studio here, including free gym access, study areas and 24/7 security. Studios are great and they have options for bigger square footage and come with a full sized fridge/freezer as well as a proper oven rather than a microwave oven. In a great location for cov uni students as it’s just a single road to cross until you reach the main buildings, as well as being close to nearby clubs and not far from the train station and across the road from the bus station. I drive so I’m able to park my car down roads just round the corner for free. A few shops beneath the building which are open til late which make it convenient for those who leave things last minute

I have requested both my fans (bathroom fan and kitchen extractor) to be fixed and they still haven't been fixed I submitted this request as of 1 month ago to the date of this review. Maintenance have been to my room 3 times and said they didn't have the parts available to fix the issue. Not sure why there is no parts in storage they can replace them with, or why they haven't ordered any of the parts yet.

University is hard and choosing where to live is even harder. I love code the staff are amazing they’re always happy to help with any matter. The security are super nice and professional. The whole place is beautiful, there’s many good attractions staring with the gym, study place, play room area. I lived at code for two years and I would advise anyone to.
