Excellent coffee, we buy the Columbian de-caf and lots of people can't believe it's a de-caf because of the taste. It's our go-to coffee and go-to coffee shop.

I am a regular customer of Coffelink…
I am a regular customer of Coffelink having bought from them for the past 4 years. My most recent experience has undermined my view in their customer service. Firstly, I have noticed that the cost reduction emails are favouring subscriptions above the casual but regular and loyal buyers of coffee. Secondly, the web site order doubled the size of my order without any explanation. Coffeelink were quick to remedy the erroneous order when I raised it with them. Thirdly, I have always received prompt delivery of my order until now. I am still waiting confirmation that my order has been despatched 12 days after placing the order.
