A Complete criminal organisation that comes up with excuses on where your money has disappeared to.1st time went through fine and easy took 45 minutes now my identity card was wrong and after 15 emails no reply a month later 250 dollars disappeared. Don't trust these people

I sent $3000 to coinloft .
I sent $3000 to coinloft .. they emailed saying they received the funds .. now they’re saying they have not revived them although I have a statement from the bank saying it was sent !!!!!
I don’t know how a business can state that they have “received” the funds then email two days later saying they haven’t got them !!!
Hopefully they respond and get this sorted otherwise I’ll have no other option than to go legal
