Cannot make payments via newsagents
Cannot make payments via newsagents, which wastes your time figuring out.
Sometimes orders never get emailed to you, so there is no trace of orders and when this happens and bpay payments are made, this can take up to four days and still order doesn't get finalised until you hassle the staff.
No contact information to speak to customer support, only email access which isn't sufficient, especially when you are dealing with a financial product.

DONT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY
You would be a silly investor to use a site with a 5% commision on bitcoin purchase your pretty much throwing away 1000 dollara for every bitcoin you wouls buy... and i have a sneaky suspicion that alot of the 5 star reviews are fake news..

Confusing poorly written software
I bought some bitcoin off coinloft. There was a small discrepancy between the order amount and the payment amount.
Rather than having an alert built into the ordering software they let they suspended the purchase and advised me via email that they had done this.
Subsequent attempts to sort this out have floundered because of one poorly expressed email after another.
Lots of reviews provide similar stories of bad service. The good reviews of course are written by coinloft staff themselves.
Do not use them. They have numerous highly efficient competitors
