A fast reliable service. One gripe, though - when paying cash at a newsagent their system asks for a 6 digit PIN for confirmation, but only a 4 digit PIN is sent by Coinloft, which causes delay and co... See more

Need to give an option to add or take commission amount from purchase. Instead of just receiving 5% less. Very annoying when in a rush. Apart from that quick and easy excellent service as always.

What a joke
Used them in the past to transfer money from aud to btc
Provided them with the appropriate bank transfer proof of ID
Gone to make a transfer again [ 2 months later ]
Been told the exact way I deposited and provided ID was not good enough and funds won’t be transferred,,
well how was it good enough less than 2 months ago !
Even provided them with the proof the asked for exactly how they wanted
Letter head , name bsb account #
Told still not good enough
TLDR; avoid them ,don’t waste your time Or money
A complete scam
A complete scam. They take your money, refuse to deliver bitcoin and refuse to refund. Utterly untrustworthy.

At one stage I had an issue with a restriction of $250 per transaction however a quick email and my limit was raised based on my phone number. I would not use any where else to buy BTC.
My first experience was bad
My first experience was bad. Tried the following two payment methods but none of them work!
1) Cash method, need to provide your personal details such as Address, Birthday, Mobile, Driving License Number, Passport Number, Medicare Card Number before they will send you the quote. Passport & Medicare Card verification were fine. However, my Driving License check didn't go through. If you retry a few times. It will locked out due to too many attempts, contacted support via phone number. It always say can't answer your call and hang up, then sent them email. They said can reset it and let me retry, but still didn't work. This make me think whether they're dodgy?
2) Newsagent method, it requires an iPad app call blueshyft in order to buy bitcoins. It charges 0% commission too!!! But wait, I can't find the app for iPad or iPhone in App Store!
I then googled and found another website which has a higher fee (actually same commission, but give you less bitcoin for the same money). Picked Newsagent method and it DOES NOT require all these verification except your mobile phone number!
I also believe the comments below could be fake! so beware!
