Really bad credit policy on returns. CC takes 3-4 weeks after they have received your returned merchandise to credit your account. I will never buy from them again.

Ordered a jacket, it didn’t fit. Initiated return no problem. Received email stating they had received returned item and would begin processing refund, allow 7 to 10 business days. After 10 business days, still no refund and I called customer service, spoke with Mary. She stated no refund started yet, so she manually initiated refund process, another 5-7 business days. I paid $94 and would receive only $83 back. She told me it was policy to subtract this amount, she couldn’t say whether it was for shipping or what. I told her I would never order from Coldwater Creek again. Terrible experience!!

I ordered a dress in February. It was on backorder. They informed me July 23rd that it was no longer available. When I questioned them on the delay they said I cancelled the item in June. That never happened.

Terrible customer service & return experience. First shirt: I reordered a shirt in Med and paid the $9.95 to return the size L. However, my refund was less than price paid minus $9.95. The company charged me sales tax in a state that doesn’t tax clothing! I didn’t pay tax when purchased so why am I tax to return?!!! I was told by the CS Rep I could mail in proof of no tax on clothing in Minnesota. Really???? Second shirt: The shirt arrived defective (pull/broken threads in embroidery and defective stitching). I was told by CS Rep I would receive a full purchase price refund ($9.95 fee waived). The refund issued was less $9.95 plus sales tax!! The customer service rep had such a strong accent I could hardly understand him. This company has some unique clothing pieces but they lost my business. Any company who treats their customers like this deserves to go out of business … one dissatisfied customer at a time.

Ordered on March 29. Several inquiries later, I get a message on July 17 that my order was canceled because of low stock. I think they should have known that immediately. Computerized inventory is real time-- not 3.5 months!

The rewards experience has been so frustrating that it’s not worth it. I’m not sure where the disconnect happens, but they say rewards have been paid out then they are not reflected in my account. Plus when you try to explain this to customer service, they are so unhelpful and borderline rude.

Coldwater was a legitimate store at one point in time but after their bankrupcy the were sold to someone who clearly does not care and is at this point doing any and every scam in the book to try to get the last penny from their customers.

They charge high shipping fees, then bait you with free shipping for their rewards program, conveniently hiding in tiny fine print that they will charge you $17 a month for the rewards program, which is unheard of.

They charge ridiculous fees for returns, and even then, don't offer the full return they owe. Quality is declining.

Customer Service is non existent. They just don't care. Read the reviews and take them to heart and take your business elsewhere.

This has been a nightmare experience for me trying to buy something from this company AND I NEVER EVEN BOUGHT ANYTHING! Their products look fabulous online! I ordered 3 things then waited at least a month to receive them. Then I read all the 1 star reviews on Trustpilot…..so I called and canceled. Then my spouse discovered a recurring charge of around $18.00 a month for their REWARDS program. Why pay money for a rewards program? All my other rewards programs are free! From reading other reviews, turns out I checked something about “free shipping” and that “enrolled” me! Fortunately the company refunded my money……………but had we not checked we’d still be paying it!!!!!!!!!!!! Too bad because I love their clothes but I felt deceived and misled by their business practices! Check for any additional charges by them. It might be a scam

It looks like I'm in good company here! I really wanted to love Coldwater Creek because I was buying their clothes about 15 years ago before they did whatever they did and the stuff they have on their website is super cute.
I ordered a dress that I was gonna wear to an affair which was never delivered
I called and spoke to the delivery company. I gave them specifics to where I was and the dress is still not been delivered. It's telling me on the website that my business is unavailable, which is not the case. I've never heard of the delivery website at all and I was told that was the only option available to me.
Thought I might have more luck emailing Coldwater Creek for assistance. They must be using AI to respond to the emails because all they do is talk themselves in circles.
When I tried calling the customer service line, I wasn't able to understand what the person on the other end was saying to me and when I requested someone different I was told that I couldn't have that.
for the price they're charging for their clothes. I would've expected a different experience in this.

Complete Fraud
I bought a sweater in November. Since then, they have been charging me $16.99 a month for a membership I never signed up for. Apparently, when you check Free Shipping, it signs you up for this without you knowing. I called to get a refund, and they said they would only refund me 6 months' worth. This is complete fraud. I am filing a grievance with the FTC and BBB. I will never shop here again and I suggest you do the same. This is an unprofessional and deceitful business practice.

They are very unprofessional they charge you even if you do an exchange,
You pay the return shipping+ a fee for the exchange. Also I returned an item a they did not give me the refund until I called them 4 weeks later.

I love the dress but it arrived in a small plastic bag with wrinkles and more wrinkles. As much as their products cost, they need to ship them in a more durable container!!! I'll need to see if anyone can stream the wrinkles out because it isn't wearable as is.

Never again will I purchase something from this company. $9.95 for a return?
I’m 💯 percent sure I can return it cheaper. But you took that right away from a customer. This is no way to build a loyal fan base Coldwater Creek! This supposed shirt that had adoring reviews that I purchased looks like something at a discount retail establishment.

I ordered some summer clothing in early April from Coldwater Creek. It is now nearly middle July and I have not received my order. When I checked the account on line it said the order was "on backorder" but I was never notified or given the option to cancel and receive a refund. UNACCEPTABLE!

I would definitely give them zero stars if that was an option. I think the return fee of $9.95 is outrageous. The quality of the item I received was extremely poor and the size was way off. Unbelievably large. I hope people read this review and don’t bother shopping there. I used to be a loyal cold water Creek customer, but the quality and service has gone downhill immensel. I would not purchase anything from them in the future.

Customer service with this company is nonexistent. Items are back ordered for months at a time without notification and then you receive an email stating it won’t be shipped at all and they give you the SKU of an item you might like. I do not at all recommend doing business with them. I have been a loyal customer for years, but they have gone so far downhill that they may never come out. I have definitely spent my last dollar with them. Buyer Beware!!

This is not the Coldwater Creek from before bankruptcy. Three issues - no way to write a review for an item I've purchased, jewelry was very cheap looking, and a returned item is taking more than two weeks to be processed and a credit issued.

I'm dissatisfied and don't plan to order anymore from Coldwater Creek (and there aren't any physical stores any more). Ironically, they've sent me two emails to review an item that I've returned.

The quality is marginal, at best. Like its sister brand, Talbots, they are in a race to the bottom regarding fabric quality and bizarre sizing. Also note, that they commonly charge $10.55 for return shipping, NOT THE STATED FEE OF $9.95.
They have overcharged me twice in the last month. When you call Customer Service the call simply hangs up after several rings.

Sadly, you get more bang for your buck at Walmart, Meier’s or Target.

I have quit shopping both Coldwater Creek and Talbots.

I ordered a pair of pairs in April that were on clearance. They happened to have my size left. The website said they would ship by 4/30.

A month passed by, and I don’t receive anything, so I contact their customer service. I am told that I purchased a pre-ordered item and that the pre-order date was pushed back to 6/1. I never received any notice of this - why would a clearance item with limited quantities be a pre-order item? The date was pushed back twice more and finally in July I decided to cancel the order.

After check out when I originally purchased the item, I was asked if I would like to join a rewards program to receive a rebate. I joined the program and filed the rebate. It turns out, their rewards program costs $16.99 a month. Never was it made clear to me that this was a paid service. I’ve been paying for a rewards program for three months now to a business that has never actually shipped me the product I paid for.

I expect to get my money back for the rewards program and contacted customer service. These business practices are shady. There used to be a brick and mortar store only area, which led me to assume they weren’t a scam. I guess not!

I love Coldwater Creek.

I have enjoyed these clothes for a long time. I miss the variety from the "old" Coldwater Creek but have kept shopping.

It is good to watch for sales or coupons. Otherwise too expensive.

I LOVE my embroidered jeans from here. Have several pairs. I also love the no iron shirts.
