Customer service poor and unhelpful
Bought numerous items over years at CB. Always good quality and sized correctly, ordered one item in a different colour to one already owned and recently purchased, came way too small but it was a medium the same as always. Raised it with CS and they said my fault because I didnt check size guide. A medium matched size small of all other tops on the website. No help to return or get correct size

After reviewing the item, we compared its measurements with our size guide and found that it falls within our accepted 2cm tolerance. As our garments are hand measured, slight variations can occur, so we do ask customers to allow for up to a 2cm difference.
We understand it can be frustrating if a garment fits differently from another piece you already own, even in the same size or style, and we appreciate you sharing your experience with us.

Our customer service team did reply on 3rd February to explain that we were unable to make changes as the order had already shipped. We also confirmed that once the item is received, you’re more than welcome to return it to us for either a refund or an exchange.

Totally happy with my latest Cole Buxton purchase, I bought the White Patriot T Shirt Large, I expected this to be way oversized as my other Cole Buxton T Shirts are Medium, luckily this wasn’t the case it’s near enough the same size for the rotation, also bought a Red White CB Flannel Overshirt 10/10
