The part received was not as described to me on the telephone, and has been returned for a full refund ( however I do not think they will refund my return P/P I called to explain only to be told "we have never held this part in stock. I had asked you guys to measure the total thread length I was told its over 45 mm what turned up was not a taper plug but parallel and only 17 mm long. I feel its a poor show when the stores say's yes we have it, but then we can not send it "
Ordered 1.25" taper plug with square drive and at least 1.75" long.

Poor customer service
I had a delivery of 2 pallets of underfloor heating. When I placed the order it said I'll be contacted for the delivery date. 3 days later While I was at work, i received a call to saying the delivery was outside my house. What a joke. Also what I ordered was a complete underfl heating housing pack, but there's things missing that you need to buy in order to use it.
