Small item transport could be cheaper
All good, reasonably prompt, good price, items good quality and serviceable. Four stars only because transport for small items is a little high, it would be fine for a larger order though. I will definitely use again.

Wanted an Idromat for our water pressure system. They found the correct one at a good price and delivery was fast.

"In Stock" is an absolute LIE!! Not in stock at all.
I saw a part which is CLEARLY marked in stock on their website, I then placed an order for the part only to receive an e-mail saying it would be 3-weeks delivery as there is no stock!! No apology, nothing. I e-mailed back asking why it shows in stock (and still does) when they are not in stock at all and was told it is just how their system works!! How can you say parts are in stock when they aren't? That's just a blatant lie. Very, very poor service!!

We are very sorry, but unfortunately we sometimes run out of stock of certain items. All of our products are purchased from UK suppliers, which usually keeps the delivery time to a minimum. On this occasion they were out of stock as well, resulting in a three week delivery.
