My experience with ColisExpat has been extremely frustrating and expensive. I trusted this service to forward my packages for 9 years , I ended up losing goods worth €1900.
First, a package worth €500 was lost in transit through their courier partner Bpost on December. When I contacted ColisExpat, the support was slow and unhelpful. There was no proper investigation, no clear explanation, and no real assistance.
Even worse, another package valued at €1400 was lost inside the ColisExpat warehouse before it was even shippeda week ago . A forwarding company should have strict control and tracking inside their warehouse, yet my package simply disappeared while under their responsibility.
What is most disappointing is the lack of accountability and poor customer service. Instead of solving the problem or compensating the loss, I was left without answers and without my packages. What is even worst is that they registered the package as received by them with the tracking code as reference and now they ask proof of delivery.
Based on my experience, I strongly do NOT recommend ColisExpat, especially if you are shipping valuable items. This service has proven to be unreliable and very risky.

Hello, what I’m about to say is based on a long experience shipping with this company.
This company is one of the worst companies you can deal with. At the beginning, if you only use them for one or two packages, everything may seem smooth and without problems. However, if you deal with them for a long time and ship many packages through them, you will likely face problems that could cause you financial losses.
They have recurring issues. Sometimes they receive a package but do not add it to your account, and when you contact them they tell you that you must provide proof of delivery — something that most websites cannot provide — and in this case you lose the package and everything.
There also seems to be a group in their warehouses stealing packages. When you ship a package, a tracking number appears, but the package is never handed over to the shipping company. It is often stolen, and they claim that the shipping company lost it, even though it was never actually handed over to them.
Another issue is the switching of package contents: you may receive items that do not belong to you while the original contents are stolen.
This is based on my knowledge and experience with them, and what I have stated here is true to the best of my knowledge and is my personal responsibility.

I have been using this service for over seven years, but my most recent experience has significantly reduced my confidence in continuing to do so.
Recently, the only affordable shipping option from the US to Europe (Bpost) was removed without any prior notice or communication. At the time, I had multiple packages ready to ship, and the only remaining options were FedEx and DHL Express, both approximately 2.5 times more expensive.
Shortly afterwards, a new shipping option appeared on the platform but was again removed within one to two weeks, without any announcement or explanation. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that this had merely been a “test run” and that there was no information available regarding whether the option would return.
Because there was no indication that the option would be temporary, I decided to ship only four out of six packages and wait to see how the new carrier performed. This caution turned out to be justified, as the package was not handed over to the carrier for over a week and the tracking website itself appeared unfinished.
When I later attempted to ship the remaining two packages, the shipping option had already been removed again, once more without any form of communication.
I contacted support to ask whether the carrier would be returning and requested a small extension of the free storage period given the circumstances. This request was denied, with the explanation that it was my responsibility to ship the packages earlier. This response did not take into account that the shipping options had changed multiple times without notice. Additionally, the representative provided incorrect information regarding my available storage period.
Overall, the lack of transparency around shipping changes and the unwillingness to accommodate customers in a situation caused by unclear communication was disappointing. After many years as a customer, I unfortunately cannot recommend this service in good faith based on this experience.

This is an absolute scam of a company. I had about €450 worth of goods delivered to their address in Spain in three separate shipments. All of them show confirmed delivery through tracking numbers from the merchant, El Corte Inglés, which is a well-known and reputable retailer.
Despite the clear delivery confirmations, the company claims they never received any of the packages. Their customer service has been extremely poor and completely unhelpful. Instead of investigating what happened on their end, they simply tell me to request a refund from El Corte Inglés.
That is unacceptable. The merchant fulfilled their responsibility and delivered the goods. The problem is clearly within this company’s handling of the shipments.
At this point, it feels like they are avoiding responsibility rather than trying to solve the issue. I strongly recommend being very careful before trusting this company with your packages.

I ordered several things to addresses in Spain and France. Everything was consolidated in France. I could choose a service to forward on to Germany. Everything worked very well. The website and the app are perhaps a little clumsy, but I had no problems at all and received all goods relatively speedy. I would highly recommend.
