Excellent service, I spotted these coasters in a card shop but they had limited designs, found collectibles who had every design. My order arrived sooner than expected was very well packaged and in perfect condition. Hassle free

The customer service was excellent. I ordered an oil diffuser and didn't receive the free oil.( I should have added to my basket at time of order but hadn't realised) . When I contacted them they were quick to reply and sent out to me straight away. Can't get better than that.
Initial order was despatched quickly too and I love the diffuser.

Easy to order fast delivery of a beautiful item although more choice of products on the website would be great also would be great if you could select a store and check stock within that store

I pre ordered 3 items, I have not received them, they are not answering the phone and either their email has changed or they have blocked my email address. Their correspondence has been good up until now (when I requested updates on pre ordered items) I will happily update my review if the situation changes.

So...
I bought my daughter a necklace with her name on for Christmas.
Sadly my daughter broke it.
Although this was bought in-store at the metro centre, I tried looking for it online.
I couldn't find it so I contacted collectables directly via email.
They were so kind and understanding!
They specially set up a link so that I was able to buy this specific necklace online!
This issue was raised, replied to, resolved within the same day.
So for me...
Thank you collectables, you did great and made a girl very happy!
They could have said sorry it's not available on-line...
And left it at that..
But they didn't, they went that extra mile to find a way to help..
It wasn't the most expensive thing you could buy either, so I think it was really kind and thoughtful of them to do this for us!

Paid for two items only received one emailed two different emails and no response. I want the goods or my money back there customer service sucks.

As others have mentioned. Shocking Customer Service. A woman answering the phone totally disinterested. No interested in correcting the problems with the order and a lack of support. Lost over a hundred pounds and having to go to Trading Standards.
Do not shop with Collectables.co.uk selling candles, home fragrances and figurines, their packaging leaves much to be desired and then, there is zero Customer Support.
Avoid and be sure to have a guaranteed service and back up. Here is their business address and they sell cheap, send out inferior items and poorly packaged and in the end you lose money. Very unhappy with this rip off ''organisation''. Collectables.co.uk ( A cheap seller who skimps on packaging at the deteriment of Customer. Customer comes last with this organisation). Buyer be very aware that if you have a problem you will not be supported and you will most certainly lose your money through their incompetence!

I placed an order on 28th November and didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. I sent an email chasing my order, I then receive an automated response on 15th December advising half my order is not stocked and the other half will be sent out to me. I finally receive my order a week after that email. I have sent a complaint to them but hear absolutely nothing. Their customer service department does not exist.

Quick and helpful service, good choice of fragrances (I bought WoodWick candles). Recommended!

Oh where do I begin??
Delivery arrived eventually at the correct address. Upon receipt my items were virtually falling out of the bottom of the box. Inside - 2 out of 3 items ordered were incorrect. 1 was actually an item that Collectables had in their sale, we had paid full price for the later version. The boxed saucepan set looked like it had been opened previously then to top it all one of the pans were dented. When I called Collectables to advise that I was returning the entire order I was not even asked why? To be honest the person I spoke to sounded completely disinterested & could not have cared less.

Obviously we will not use this company again.

Most impressed with your service. Had to call customer service twice to sort out slight problems, all dealt with very efficiently and easily. Goods received very quickly, all three orders within two days of ordering. Added bonus of no P & P on deliveries or returns. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Order was placed online and paid for on Nov 25th. No sign of any goods or dispatch email by Dec 5th so I sent Collectables an email asking for an update.
Received no reply but suddenly receive an automated dispatch email saying my order was now being dispatched (clearly the order had been forgotten about until I emailed).
Email stated it was arriving Fri 7th Dec but sadly it did not.
Instead it arrived very early on Sat morning waking the entire household up.

Needless to say very poor and slow service. Would not use again!!!

the item i ordered came within 36 hrs and was as described if this is how they do business will use them again

Great prices for the products and some good products. However some of the boxes were bashed up. Was sent in two deliveries however one thing was missing but no notification of it not being sent at all. The last I heard was that it was due to be sent out ( from the information in the first order) however when I checked my credit card statement the amount for this one item has been refunded so assume this is for this. Good on the one hand as I didn't have to quibble or remind them to get a refund. But I'm slightly annoyed I wasn't informed of this at any time.
