Disappointing deivery
Handbag ordered as a gift. Recipient says it is lovely. HOWEVER I asked that no invoice be included in parcel and it was. Also promised free gift not included.

Excellent Customer Service and Price
I was looking for a particular Kipling bag and came across it on the Collectables website for £32 less then it costs instore, postage was also free so I ordered it there and then.
My parcel was dispatched quickly and I received it today complete with a voucher for 10% off my next order.
