Colourbank have a great selection of floor coverings at different prices. They have been very helpful holding onto the order until we were ready for it and then were able to meet our time schedule with fitting. The fitters were very efficient and did an excellent job.

Used before for both carpets & buying new mattress. Brilliant service all round. Excelled themselves recently when after buying some new carpets from them I had a bit of a problem with wear. Mentioned briefly when there with a friend who was buying new carpets & their response was to send someone out to have a look. Reported my issue to the manufacturer and outcome was replaced the carpet & didn't charge me for fitting or removing the old carpet. Superb service particularly as was not really making a big fuss or formally complaining but they immediately responded to my dissatisfaction. Who could ask for more & I will continue as a customer, also recommending them to friends. My friend purchased a carpet for lounge & dining room, so pleased with them, he is intending to go back for new bedroom carpets. Service does count!

Visited to look for some bathroom flooring - the Sales Staff couldn’t be more helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and professional. The flooring we chose was sorted immediately, with super pricing and speedy on time delivery.

As always Colourbank did a fabulous job of my carpets and also the delivery of beds. I always use Colourbank for my carpets and have done for many years. The members of staff in the showroom and the fitters are extremely helpful and courteous, the fitters are very respectful of your house when they come.

The new carpet looks lovely, it’s a great carpet at a great price. Would have given 5 stars if I hadn’t had to clean up all the mess after fitting.

Wonderful service from the moment we entered the shop. There was an extensive display to choose from. I received notification when the product was delivered to the store and given a choice of fitting dates. The fitter arrived in time and fit my product efficiently. I am very pleased with Colourbank and will continue to use them for all my flooring needs.

Always used colourbank for carpets and always been highly satisfied with products and fitting. This was the first time having LVP & I absolutely love it, looks fabulous, fitter was very quick, tidy & did an excellent job, I am so impressed & look forward to having other rooms finished to this high standard that Colourbank have always provided.
