Went into the shop for flooring. And was told to look at the off cuts. Saved me lots of money and the flooring I wanted were in the off cuts there the same as the other flooring but 1/2 the price. Very helpful and are not there the sell but there to help and save you money. Frank the fitter told me how to clean the flooring. Witch I would of just wet the mop and went over it. That way will last you a lifetime 🙏 best flooring shop I've got to

The ordering of my carpets was so easy. The staff were friendly and efficient. The carpet fitter came on the stated day and did a great job in fitting the 2 carpets. I always get my carpets from colour bank as the service and quality of carpets are always great and at a good price.

Quality of carpet was good and we were very happy with our choice. Quick efficient service. Great fitting service. Consideration shown when removing door and explanation given as to why. Tidied up after work completed.

great off cut selection at great prices

All round service excellent from start to finish. This was a tricky job in an hexagonal shaped summer house. Was a bit a nervous but have got to say the fitter did a truly fantastic job. The cut and fit was first class . Definitely recommend.

We had a tough full house renovation job on our hands as our sub-floor was uneven and moved in some places. We had underfloor heating pipes and wanted LVT on top. We also had tolerances around the bifolds to meet, and a multi-material sub-floor layers of both wooden floor boards and concrete. Other companies came to the job and left saying it was not possible!!! Rushdi from Colourbank visited the house multiple times and went above and beyond in providing a robust and detailed plan on delivering a solid result for us. Rushdi not only took us through the challenges, but he also gave us a good understanding on what we could expect realistically and what solutions existed in the domain. Even though we had almost lost hope in getting a working solution for our moving floor, Rushdi took time out of his day on many occasions to answer phone calls, give advice on every detail, so we could take the steps necessary in getting our floor workable again. His approach was highly scientific, detail orientated, honest and very knowledgeable. I can not stress enough, that without Rushdi, this truly would not have been a success. Next, Paul from the company did a first class job in installing the LVT to an extremely high level of detail. The LVT was cut to precision, and every corner of the house looked flawless. Paul was very flexible while worked with us, during the winter months, while the lower temperature was working against us to deliver a result that would last the test of time. We really appreciated Paul's attitude and his dedication on the job. Later, we also asked Colourbank to fit carpets for the first floor of the house. Lewis assured us that we could have the carpet we wanted and he also made sure to provide the underlay that we had asked for even though they did not have it in stock. Will and Harry did a great job on the day in installing this carpet and talked us through some of the custom solutions we required. The house now looks incredible with it in! Also, last but not least, the customer service from everyone we spoke to at Colourbank over the phone, like Mo and Paul, is exceptional, kind and always solution orientated, truly in a class of their own. Never too busy or hurried to answer questions or reassure you when you have concerns. Cant go wrong with them really!

My partner and i were looking for new carpet and flooring for the kitchen. We went into store to have a look at options and get a rough idea of cost.
We went back a couple of weeks later, confirmed our choices and booked a propper measure.
We opted for a more luxurious carpet, and a tile appearance hardwaring vinyl for the kitchen, downstairs loo, rear hallway and under the stairs.
Lewis did a great job with the measuring, gave us a couple options and provided a great service.
On fitting day, our fitters Adam & Pat were really good.
They managed to get the pattern to match between rooms on the vinyl, and did an excellet job with the carpet and underlay too. The fitters were friendly, professional and worked tidy. It took them most of the day as it was a bigish job. A credit to colour bank.
Its is the forth time we have used colourbank, and went there after not being impressed at other places. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Overall colourbank provide a friendly professional service, many options of flooring, beds, mattresses.
Also the quality of the carpet and vinyl and value for money was good to.

Very pleased with my purchase. The only one thing I would say, is - can carpet fitters please wear protective covers over their footwear. I had an upstairs carpet fitted and I didn't want the fitter going upstairs with footwear on.

From first entering the showroom we were given helpful, unobtrusive, guidance and advice. Prices were clearly displayed and initial costing (including underlay and fitting) were readily offered. Promised updates of measurements, final cost, delivery progress were all kept and the carpet fitting achieved was first class - despite our heavy furniture obstacles!

It was easy from start to finish. The measuring took minutes. The ordering was straightforward and Frank the fitter did a fantastic job. Really pleased with the end results and I would use again.
