As always Colourbank have excelled themselves. From Reagan helping choose and work out carpet and vinyl to the lovely fitter who did the whole job himself perfectly. Very pleased. Will go there again and again.

I had tried another carpet company before going to colourbank , & i must say i know i should,ve gone here first , i was free to browse the full selection of carpets , the staff were approachable , & answered all of my questions , i felt at ease , & when i made my choice of carpet they went tbrough each step comfortably , they let me choose which day i wanted it to be fitted & time , which was great , & also on the day the fitters were very pleasent they removed there shoes after fitting & also took the waste away with them ,& also aranged was a carpenter to complete door so that it would open smoothly over the carpet , everything ran smoothly i would definately go to colourbank again ,

Very happy with service from Cavendish Road C bank site. The guy's in the carpet and bed warehouse were very helpful and gave us everything we needed regarding the service.
Fitting was good two, the fitters came back just to check over a couple of queries we had. Thank you

Very quick and efficient service from visiting our home to measure through to ordering and fitting. Nothing was too much trouble even when I had to move the fitting date twice.

Colourbank cavendish road fitted my flooring through out in November and was absolutely shocked to recieve a call 8 months.later demanding money for some ply wood that was applied to one of the.rooms, I had no receipt of this or not told about this at the time of fitting and then recieve a call amd email demanding money awful customer service. It was the leicester Cavendish road branch I won't be using them again very unprofessional.and now I have wasted a whole afternoon calling and emailing to prove this disgusting

Ordered and delivered in a very tight timeline. Fitter rang when he was on his way and the carpet was fitted in 45 mins. Very impressive service all ‘round.
