They claim I received their product and I did not. The tracking proves it went back to China. Their customer service is the worst.

SCAM!!!!!
This is a scam. Our order never arrived, even though the tracking system shows it as delivered. When I attempted to file a complaint, I only received an automated response. The tracking company’s website is entirely in Chinese, making it extremely difficult to understand or get any real assistance.

This company is a scam
This company delivered (confirmed by the USPS) my order to the wrong address and refuses to acknowledge the USPS report and ultimately scammed me out of $150. I was supposed to get two pairs of boots delivered, ordered in October, said to have delivered in November. Company said they delivered to my address. The USPS said that the shipping label on their tracking system was not the same address as mine and confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address. I submitted the report to Comfy moccasin and they said that it was the USPS problem.

Completely a scam
I placed two orders on October 21st & 22 nd by now January 7th still no delivery and the company continues to provide false tracking numbers and updates
Customer service sucks and lies
My cousin also placed a separate order same problem They say it’s in transit from China yet never arrived and fake tracking and no customer service help they stop responding to the emails
