Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced! My package came damaged and they issued a refund for my whole order! I have bought from them again. They are really helpful and truly care about the customer! .

Ordered 2 items before Christmas, was sent an incorrect item. Reached out to see if this could be rectified before Christmas but was told that they’d only be able to send the correct item out once they’ve received their incorrect one back.
If I wanted what I paid for I was told that I’d have to make another purchase for them to ship it out. I wasn’t willing to do this as it wasn’t my fault at all.
Made the whole purchase pointless as it was a Christmas present so had to return both for a refund, which I did receive in the end.

Considering how low value the items were I was surprised that they didn’t send me the correct item out whilst I returned their correct one so that I received it in time for Christmas (I did ask for this but was declined). It ultimately resulted in a full refund and I certainly won’t consider using them again in the future.

No customer should have to spend more money because you made a mistake and sent the wrong item out.

Easy to navigate website and great prices

Item delivered to random location so never received the item, emailed the company who didn't do anything or replace or refund the item. So £60 out of pocket. AVOID!

I will give this company 1 star rating because I messaged them just to ask a question and I’ve been ignored a few times and that rubs me the wrong way because it makes you question their customer service that they suppose to provide to a high standard and not be ignorant to their customers.

Great up-to-date selection on the website with probably the best prices around. Very quick delivery and everything is securely packed. Recommended site.
