Prompt, patient, courteous and effective
Had an issue for which I sought assistance. Ben took the call and was most helpful, a further call with Ben and in addition various email exchanges with Ruhel and the issue was sorted. What was so positive was the patience and promptness with which both responded in resolving my issue. And it should also be noted that every time I have occasion to call Companies Made Simple the phone is answered almost immediately (in these times an almost unique experience in itself)

Then, having uploaded an incorrect document, they notified me within hours asking me to double check / provide a alternative document, which I did.
