Anita K great customer service!
Had a few issues with getting my personal ID code but Anita K made it simple to get sorted. All emails were replied to in around 10 minutes and helped me get my code within the hour. They could not have been more helpful. I really appreciate having one person handle my querys, I never had to go over things multiple times. The app was easy to use overall I would have said using Companies MadeSimple was good but the customer service from Anita K took it to great couldn't give less than 5 stars for that.

Our website explains that company formations can be ready in as little as 3 working hours, subject to the completion of all required legal and identity checks and Companies House processing times. As we can't identify your account from this review, we're unable to confirm what caused the delay in your case.
We'd like the opportunity to look into this properly, including your refund request which typically arrives back to you within around 5 days from the request depending on your bank.
Please contact our support team with your order details so we can review your case and provide an update as quickly as possible.
