Fantastic service, price and installation, clean, smooth operation

Our stairlift stopped working the first time in two years i had a problem. I phoned to report this at about 11am and an engineer arrive about 6pm that day to repair it. He was smart and friendly.

The price was very good but the speed of installation, and the service overall, were exceptional.

From initial telephone enquiry through to home survey and then final installation the whole process was professionally done. Installer chap was super showing and talking to my father.

Polite, friendly, explained everything clearly. Jason was lovely, really chatty & made my 80yr old Mum feel comfortable and at ease. Engineers worked quietly and able to explain to my Mum clearly how to use it that she picked it up straight away. Many thanks.

This company were all very pleasant an courteous.I didnt't wait long for them to come out to survey the stairs and 2 weeks later the stairlift was fitted. Everything was explained explicitly throughout from beginning to end. It has made my life a lot easier getting up and down stairs and I would recommend them to anyone contemplating having a stairlift.

We were visited by a very knowledgeable man who explained the features and benefits of the chosen stairlift to myself and my 92 year old mother. The engineer who fitted the lift, talked through the procedures and demonstrated how the features worked. All very professional.

From initial enquiry regarding various stairlifts to installation everything went like clockwork . The surveyor explained everything that he needed to do with regards to taking various essential measurements to ensure the lift was suitable. He wasn't pushing us to make decisions unlike other companies. From placing the order we were contacted to arrange a date suitable for us . On the day of installation the engineer called to inform us of time he would arrive . Installation was quick and no unnecessary mess to clean up . He didn't leave until my mother was completely satisfied and was very patient to make sure she could work the lift .

The process was so easy and quick. The salesman gave us all the information but put no pressure on us to buy. Mark who fitted the stairlift couldn’t have been any better. He was friendly , patient with my mum when explaining how to operate it and made sure she was comfortable with the controls before he left. You wouldn’t have known he’d been there as he cleared everything up and took it away with him. My mum’s delighted with it.

I received three quotes. We went with Handicare as they explained in detail how the lift was to be installed as it was not a standard straight lift. The booking was swift and Sara kept me informed running up to the date of fitting. Miles rang me before his arrival as agreed and when complete explained everything to my elderly mother. Very pleased with the overall service.

Arrived to check and set pricing on time, good guy who knew what he was talking about. Arrived to fit on time, was unobtrusive, got on with the job and cleared up leaving no mess, explained how to use and after he had finished the only sign that he had been was a really execellent stairlift. Can't think of anything else I would want.

They were very caring and went through everything. The workers were very clean and polite.
