Very good on price , quick and tidy installation no problems

Right from the start the service was excellent, no pressure from the assessor (Wes) when he came to the house. And the good work done fitting our stairlift by Peter and patience explaining the working of the stairlift to my wife who has Dementia and myself .

Excellent communication. Great people to deal with, honest and open. Kept me up to date with process and could ask questions if had any queries, which were answered quickly. Mum is super happy with the stairlift.

My dad was coming home from hospital with very short notice and we needed a stair lift. We ordered one on Tuesday and by Friday it was installed and being used! The whole team were friendly and helpful: I would definitely recommend them!

Contacted via an advert on the web, I got a quick response and a good price from Companion Stair lifts to put a lift in my house.
Being a contractor for years I had my own team do the preparation work by cutting a hole in my concrete floor and refurbishing both floors and paintwork when completed.
Not helped by my floor sloping a bit but that was easily overcome.
Installation of the lift went smoothly and I am very pleased with the result. A quiet smooth lift taking my 14.5 stone upstairs with ease. And in comfort.
The odd niggle was quickly sorted with only a minor issue coming to light after their team left.
Soon to be sorted.
10 out of 10 for design, comfort, cleanliness on site and economic cost. The first time I have had a price reduction after being quoted in writing.
Only one small point. Comunication was at times difficult but as the company had recently moved that was perhaps understandable

Had a brilliant experience with companion
Needed something urgently for my part to get him up the stairs safely.
Had no idea what we could get as he has a muscle wasting disease and can’t get out of a normal high chair without 2 people to lift him out.

Within no time at all we had a stair perch which is a higher seat than normal.

From our intial contact, Handicare were very professional, very quick and the quality of the fitting was excellent. We needed the stairlift pretty quickly and from the initial Surveyor coming out until final fitting it was all completed in the timescale given of 7 days. I would highly recomment Companion Stairlifts. Our experience was very favourable.

The initial consultation was thorough and meant we got a what we thought was a great solution. The installation matched up precisely and we are delighted with it.

From our initial telephone conversation followed by the survey visit we were very impressed……….Tom came to carry out the measurements and we were pleased to see a video clip showing us how the stairlift would look in our house.
The delivery of all the components was straightforward and exactly at the expected time.
Jamie also arrived as expected and carried out the installation very effectively. He stayed to ensure we knew exactly how to use the lift. He cleared everything away, you’d not know any work had been carried out.
We are very pleased with the ease of use.

Workman was quick and work was carried out in a clean and tidy manor. Wires were attached to skirtings very neatly without ant damage to paintwork. No bits eg packaging was left behind. Clear demonstration and instructions were given to us
