Excellent service from start to finish. The sales person was superb in the knowledge of the stair lift to explaining in simple terms to my 90 year old mum. She was very impressed and turned down a cheaper option on the basis of the sales person Andrew.
Once the order was placed we were informed of every step towards the installation, which was arranged for the next week.
On the installation day we were informed of a two hour window when the stair lift would be delivered and installed. When the guy came he was very courteous and explained to my mum what would be happening and a rough time of when he would finish. When the work was complete he explained the controls and gave her a demonstration, he then asked her to have a go to make sure she knew how to work everything. He made sure everywhere was fully cleaned and he left everything spotless.

Splendid service from everyone

I took my time (about 4 weeks) to make a decision to buy and although the company kept in touch they were in no way pushy, or made me feel a nuisance. They were always friendly, I know that’s a necessity for their job, but I never felt patronised. They made everything easy and hassle free.

Everyone was friendly and helpful from initial phone, sales representative and installer. The stairlift was installed quickly, with very little disruption. Everything was explained carefully, and after sale care is available 24/7 all year round.

Excellent service. Could not fault the process other than, I missed a call from the company a few days before the scheduled install. I rang them back and was assured someone would get back to me, but noone did.
On the morning of the installation Dominic the engineer phoned to give us an eta as planned. He turned up on time was very knowledgeable, extremely polite and friendly and talked us through the installation. We couldn't fault the process from meeting Matt the surveyor to it's completion less than a week later.

Our stairlift was planned and fitted in 2 weeks which we found incredible. The company’s efficiency and knowledge were second to none and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The initial meeting was good and the installation excellent. The only problem I had was getting through to customer services with some queries I had. The average wait was 15 minutes

Stairlift surveyor was knowledgeable and personable - unlike others I consulted, no hard-sell. Comms about the order and installation were clear, and installation was easy and efficient. Cost and customer service considered, the best I found.

A bloke from Age Co got to my mother's home and about five minutes later tried to get over six thousand pounds of her for a stair lift. Didn't measure the stairs or my mum like the next one did who we bought off. Age Vi must be a sales company in disguise. Disgusting! I can't remember the exact date, but his name was Harry Wood.
