Can’t fault the company did everything they said they would . Quick and efficient job down by good tradesmen.

Untrustworthy!
Ordered on 11th Dec.
5 large boxes delivered without notice on 17th Dec.
First engineer could not complete due to wrong parts supplied on 19th Dec.
Second engineer did not turn up on 2nd Jan. I had to phone to find out why!
New appointment made for 12th Jan, over 4 weeks from order placement.
So much for 5 to 7 day delivery.

Companion Stairlift met all our expectations in providing the most suitable lift for my wife. The 1100 lift is very user friendly and looks good too.

The surveyor who first visited was friendly and not at all persuasive. The installer was polite , tidy and respectful of our property.

The home visit helpful and not pressurised. We were able to decide on the recommendations quickly and an installation date fixed for the following week. Most important, a slight hitch the the installation which occured the next day (the batteries discharged) was fixed later that day. Things go wrong but it is how they are dealt with that matters.
