The price was competitive and they gave a good technical solution to our needs.

Hello we have just had in a stair lift after my injured her back, Companion Stairlift did great job all done in side 4 days. Very helpful and good advice with what we needed, the fitter was great and all done in under 3 hours, the price was less than what we expected. Many thanks

The initial visit was good, clear explanation, making sure we understood what we would be receiving.
The engineer who fitted the stairlift was also very efficient and pleasant.

The efficiency all the way through the process. The safety checks made, the speed from ordering to fitting and the reasonable price.

The Rep who came to see me and measure up was very polite and helpful. Also the Fitter who installed the stairlift was the same, nothing too much trouble for them.

The competitiveness of the price, the fact that the company was recommended to us by neighbours (tried and tested) and how professional and friendly all of the people involved were in ensuring we had a good service - from the office staff to the surveyor, joiner (to move the handrail), the delivery driver (the speed and efficiency of delivery from Holland, the removal of the radiator and the final fitting of the stairlift - all ensure the 5 stars we have given Companion Stairlifts.

The thing that really impressed me was the assembly and fitting of a quite complicated stairlift was completed in just 21/2 hours.

James the installer/engineer was excellent and thorough, providing a clean problem-free installation. The price was not low but was competitive compared to others.

Everything was all so very easy from start to finish. Mick Holmes who did the original survey was brilliant and very funny ( I just wish I knew he'd played in the same team as the legend Floyd Streete at the time)! Dominic Miles who installed it was also brilliant and explained everything he was doing and why, all the way through the installation. It almost felt like I'd installed it myself he gave me so much info!

Start to finish in about a week. Graham, estimator and surveyor found the best product for our needs and most suited to our home. Answered all the many questions we asked. Nathan the installer arrived on time and had the stairlift fitted in about 2 hours. He then spent another hour showing us how to safely use the stairlift. We were going up and down until he was sure that we could use it with confidence. We are both very happy customers.

After finally deciding I needed to bite the bullet, and get a stairlift, I couldn't have asked for a better service, price and speed of fitting..
So very grateful...
My only issue... I should have done it sooner x
The rep came to give me a quote. He was nice enough, but I found being asked to measure various parts of my body very intrusive. Even worse it was with a builders metal tape measure.
When called the following day to see if I wanted to go ahead, I told the caller who was unapologetic.
I told them who I had decided to use and my reasons why and he then proceeded to slate the other company.
Not professional in any way. Eventually I ended the call.
Price wise they were the same ballpark figure, but for a basic stair lift. Also quoted 4-5 weeks for installation despite advertising next day.
Excellent response to enquiry. Rapid visit by member of staff to measure and take details and problemless installation.
